The whole team at this location are super friendly and informative. I had reserved my spot over the phone and was able to log my information through a link that was sent via text. Which made checking in easy, quick, and convenient. From the minute you walk in the door, you’re being greeted with a warm and friendly hello. That’s why I chose to come to this location ALWAYS! I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and most of the people are still there, that says a lot! The staff makes it a great experience even though you’re not going there for funsies. With that being said, the team makes each visit worth it! Thank you for helping me out today and doing your best to expedite my visit!

Staff was excellent! Hardly any wait time for a Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm. NP was terrific! She was caring, and took her time with me in diagnosing my condition! Ultimately prescribing the correct medication and sending the prescription to my pharmacy ASAP so that I was able to pick it up within the hour. Nurse was caring and very pleasant as well. Definitely go back to this facility, if needed!

Everyone was really helpful and friendly. I was welcomed at reception, quickly registered and wait time was short. The nurse placed me in a clean room and within 5 minutes the doctor entered. She listened to my symptoms, checked me over and confirmed my pharmacy info and I was done. My first time here but would highly recommend.

The staff and all the medical personnel are wonderful, caring people. I’ve always gotten the best care here… much better than my primary physicians office. Highly recommend.

I have visited this Urgent Care on several occasions and have always been pleased with the service and care provided. My most recent visit was no different. The receptionist at the front desk was pleasant. Stephanie, who took my initial info/vitals and tested me for COVID
and the flu in the exam room, was efficient, helpful and attentive. Dr. Sykes was professional, caring and thorough with my exam. She listened to my concerns and communicated well with a very approachable demeanor. All staff that I encountered during my visit made it a positive experience. I would recommend this Urgent Care to others without hesitation.

Office staff was welcoming. Space was clean and they were able to see me in advance of the scheduled time. Doc/PA was thorough and quick and I was out of there in no time. One day later and I feel a hundred times better!

When in for a flu shot and had a great experience. This office has really changed from about 1.5 years ago for the best. Thank you for all your hard work. Will definitely use them again if needed.

It was a very effective and efficient visit. Wait time was faster than going to any other clinic. I received all of my proper documents and was on my way. Staff was extremely patient and helpful as well. Will be going back for my future clinical needs

I have been using urgent care for many years. Since my children were babies to now that are teenagers… we are happy with their professional and welcoming services. Always with the right diagnosis. I trust their medical staff more than many other doctor offices I have been. We were very happy with Kateland PA care.

Been here twice, excellent experiences both times. Very friendly staff, easy check in, bright and clean waiting area. Never a madhouse like a lot of urgent care facilities can be.

The Staff at AFCucw were great.
So friendly and patient each and every member from the Front Desk staff, to the nurses and Provider.
They were extremely busy and the ladies were all kind and patient. No stress in their voices.
My husband came here twice and raved about the care and attention he got.

Very good nurses , and showed concern and the receptionist was very helpful and the dr did a great job explaining everything to me and was very professional and knowledgeable on his work. Very happy with the whole place from front desk to the room I was sent in and very pleasant

Very friendly administration team. We went pretty early before a crowd came in. I didn’t have an appointment but they were very kind to take in my daughter. I liked the doctor who took care of us. I would definitely go here again. Thank you all for your help!

I had all signs of the flu beginning yesterday. Saw Dr. Jay today at the Mill Plain Rd. location. Diagnoses COVID..first experience. He was very attentive, answered all my questions, did not feel rushed. would definitely not hesitate to visit the office again.

My experience was nothing short of positive at AFC urgent care - Danbury West. I saved my spot online and showed up ahead of time like they requested. I was seen almost immediately by the nurse for vitals and then a Nurse Practitioner came in 2 minutes later to evaluate me. I was listened to, taken seriously, treated for a sinus Infection and my medications were called into my pharmacy immediately. I recommend using this location for any urgent care needs! Thank you so much for your wonderful care for me.

I love this urgent care, and I really love the doctor here on Thursdays/Fridays. I have PTSD and am absolutely terrified of going to any doctor. The doctor here is so nice and understanding of my anxiety and is so helpful. Every time I have come here I have had nothing but a fantastic experience.

I had a great experience with this facility. The customer service was outstanding, and the medical care and caring were exactly what I was looking for.

Made an appointment earlier in the day for 3:30pm it took almost an hour to be seen (there was a lot going on and it was a little busy) but as soon as I was seen it wasn’t long at all till I was out of there. The physician, Jay, really took care of me and was courteous and helpful.

The doctor I had was amazing. He knew what he was talking about and gave me the best experience. He was so sweet and kind. I wish I caught the doctors name.

I have been there twice now. Once in August and again just yesterday. In August in didn't have a clue what was wrong with me. They knew to check for Tick bourne illnesses. With a little blood work, there it was. Went back again yesterday after pulling 3 ticks off of me. Both times they were nice, efficient and helped me deal with the issue.
