We just adopted an older dog from MS and he's on anti- seizure medication. We needed to get him in soon to get his meds refilled, but they were booking out about 6 weeks for new patients. Then, he gave himself a lovely hot spot... Called and they got us in that day and were lovely in all the ways. Truly caring. We'll go back soon for his new patient appointment since his old vet hadn't sent all the blood work results they needed to review his medications.

Fabulous experience! Everyone is so nice and kind. The doc got right down on the floor with me and my new puppy and our puppy left feeling like it was a happy visit to a friend’s house! Not an ounce of fear! 🙌🏻🙏🏻

We are very happy with Stonington Veterinary Hospital. We take our two small dogs (fur kids) there for their regularly scheduled appointments and vaccines. Everyone is professional and caring.
I wanted to take the opportunity to publicly acknowledge the extraordinary treatment we received when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved senior Bearded Dragon. They were so caring and compassionate with Mr. Dragón and his human parents. I get emotional remembering your kindness and professionalism. They were even thoughtful enough to make a plaster imprint of his paws and tail, with his name and a gemstone. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff for going above and beyond during a sad time.

This place has taken care of my mini schnauzer Gracie for the last two years and I love them. And I know they love Gracie. When Gracie was terribly sick a few months ago, and science wasn't really explaining why, everyone there became invested in her care. Gracie is getting better everyday now and I believe they saved her not just with medicine but because they truly cared about Gracie. They were also very kind and understanding towards me, the crazy with fear, thinking my dog was going to die, fur baby Mom. ❤

The entire staff doese a wonderful job. My dog,Sammy had an issue and they saw him that day. Doctor Brown took care of the problem immediately. Doctor Brown and the staff are very caring and understanding. We greatly appreciate them.

Incredible staff. Very reassuring and they all do such a great job with all the animals I've seen them interact with. We recently switched vets and couldn't be happier with the choice we made, there are 3 vets and a whole staff of wonderful vet techs. Their prices are also reasonable, when so many other vets overcharge for every single thing, it can be quite discouraging. Having 12 cats of our own and having the propensity to take in and foster strays we are at the vet a LOT and having found the SVH we couldn't be more grateful for their service, compassion, and kindness!

If there were 10 stars they'd get them all. SVH has the best team of docs, techs and office staff anywhere. I've been there since the late 70's and have nothing but kudos for a team that is knowledgeable, professional and caring.

Dr. Brown has been our family veterinarian for years. Every member of the team is exceedingly helpful and kind. As a pet professional I can't recommend Stonington veterinary hospital enough. Great service and always fill of smiles.

Great place to take your pet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I called on a holiday with a new pet emergency. They returned my call promptly even gave me a personal number to send photos of my pets injury. They definitely helped our new family member settle in nicely. They reassured me I was doing great a new dog mom.

Dr. Brown and her staff were, as always, freindly, professional and prompt. Dr. Brown has been our vet for our pomeranians for many years. Strongly & highly recommend!

Stonington Veterinary Hospital is by far the best vet out there. I have been using them for over 30 years and every single person working there is fantastic and cares about your fur babies. Your pets could not be in better hands.

Took my dog immediately with an emergency snake bite injury. Arranged for my arrival at another hospital 80 miles away that happened to be one of the only ones that had the expensive anti-toxin on hand. Quick professional diagnosis and treatment makes all the difference in a situation like this.
SVH is the best!

so my guinea pig of almost 9 years passed away. i really wanted to get him cremated so i can keep him with his brother that passed away along time ago. i found this place online that offered to help me out. very professional staff when i dropped my little popo off. i got him back in about a weeks time in a nice little wooden box. and the price was more then fair.
but heres the real kicker that caught me off guard. today in the mail i got a sympathy card from them. and it was signed with a bunch of messages from each of there employees. that really got me teared up. this vet really cares about what they do. and all the notes were hand written. very pleased with there service and thank you for making this time more easier to handle

The staff are so patient and kind. And the doctor explains everything clearly. We have brought our Border Collie and Dachshund to SVH and never once left disheartened. Five stars!

These people are simply the best. They're all very empathetic, kind and accommodating. I'm always greeted with a smile by all and kind words. They treat my dogs like they are there own. I wouldn't want any others taking care of my babies. Thanks to each and every one of you!

I love this vet office,been using them now for almost 9 yrs. Dr Brown is an awesome and very down to earth vet. But they got some new veterinarians that are good as well.
