Go Fish Restaurant

The new Go Fish is worth a visit - everything was prepared perfectly and didn’t disappoint. Starters were all delicious - handmade dumplings w chicken & ginger, bang bang shrimp, and Dan Dan noodles. We then shared a bunch of rolls of sushi - all super fresh, really top quality sourcing. I would highly recommend this place.

A new but one of the best seafood restaurants in the Mystic Connecticut area. Best hot and sour soup and bang bang shrimp I've ever had.

The best sushi in the area. We have been waiting for Go Fish to reopen since they started work on their new facility, and the food is excellent. The new place is beautifully bright and the service is excellent.

We were impressed to get seated in what we considered to be a very fancy restaurant. They sat us at a table, that had some of the coolest artwork on it. Our server was amazingly friendly, though I know he was working his butt off. The drinks were great, and the food was amazing. With all the talk of staff shortages, these folks went out of our way to make us feel...served.

A great lunch experience here. Very happy with the food we ordered, I got the shrimp dumplings and shrimp noodle bowl. They also have a sushi bar. Restaurant was very clean and servers were great and attentive. Worth a trip.

It was a really nice restaurant. Very aquatic themed and staff were all friendly and ready to help. Ordered the spicy Ramen with beef. WAS SO GOOD! Wish they had a non spicy version for a sweet lovers but it was still good. I would definitely come here again. There are also some items on the menu for people who aren't fish fans such as the Ramen, cheeseburger and a couple others.

Thank you for a delicious dinner last night. Mussels, cod and salmon were all cooked to perfection. The staff were all so welcoming and very attentive on a very busy night. Jon Kodama has brought this sleeping abandoned structure back to a very bright future. Great job everyone!

My partner/soulmate and I went there on Oct 12th 2021 at around 7:30pm as we had reservations. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Very chilled and relaxed. There were barriers between our table and some others and my partner and I loved that. We felt safe. The staff were super friendly and amazing. And I believe our waiter, if I got his name right was Zack and the waitress who was training with him, I apologize I forgot her name. Shame on me for that one. She was an absolute sweetheart too to us and got us our drinks and whatnot. I feel bad for that. Zack was phenomenal and very attentive and so wasn't his partner. Again so sorry I forgot her name😓. Anyways my partner had the Pan Seared Sea Scallops that had crab and and lemon risotto. She LOOOVED it very much. She let me have a taste of the risotto and I said I wish I had gotten that one lol. I had the Grilled Asian Salmon and O....M....G......it was absolutely PERFECT. Loved every bite of it. And for dessert my partner and I both had Bread Pudding.......I wish I would've ordered one to go because it was that amazing lol. Anyways my experience and my beautiful partners experience......we LOVED it here at Go Fish. She loved the friendly people. The waiter and the decor of the place and everything. It was truly a special night. This place EASILY deserves 5 stars in my opinion. Anything less is offensive lol. Worth every penny.

We are beyond excited to hear that our favorite place to dine has reopened on 29 Old Stonington Rd in Mystic. We are ringing in the New Year with New Year’s Eve reservations. Congratulations on your new location and welcome back🎉

Our server Zach/Zack (I'm sorry I never checked the spelling,) was absolutely amazing. Very kind and courteous. The food was so delicious. For an appetizer you should try the Thai brussel sprouts, and the lobster grilled cheese was out of this world.
We will certainly come back again.

Love this restaurant. Everything is delicious and cooked perfectly. Bring an appetite because the house bread with bean dip is irresistible. The Brussels sprouts are very good. Tasty drinks. Don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

My wife and I decided to get a small bite to eat at Old Towne Mystic and we have been to Go Fish a couple times. This time we got 2 appetizers, the fried calamari and some lobster bisque. We always get the bisque because it's so creamy and delicious. The crispy calamari was divine. The aoli sauce was delicious with a nice spice to eat and the calamari was cooked very crispy. They always bring our bread and this bean dip. My wife loves it, but I'm not a fan. I wish they brought out easy to spread butter with it

The atmosphere makes it feel like fine dining. They serve water in blue wine glasses and have a full bar with specialty cocktails and wine.

Overall, we always enjoy ourselves when we eat here. 5/5 recommend.

I came here my last night in Mystic and I must say this was probably the best restaurant I went to for dinner out of all of them. Service and food was great! My waitress was friendly, attentive and helpful. I got the Lobster Bisque which was quite creamy and the Lobster Mac and Cheese, which I believe was a special of the night. Let me tell you...I haven't see so much fresh lobster (in big chunks) like that in any Lobster Mac and Cheese I have ever had. The overall appearance of the restaurant is very neat and clean. Prices are also very reasonable as well. I will most definitely come back here again the next time I am ever in the area again.

A lovely place! I had a wonderful time and so did my mom (she can be picky sometimes)
Food was well cooked and prompt. Mom ordered ale battered fish and chips and she was very happy that it was a well flavored batter.
I probably could eat 20 of those crab cakes, man. Super delicious.
The cod usually comes with asparagus, but they were happy to accommodate me with sweet potato fries instead.
I'm just visiting the area, but I'd definitely come back if I ever get the chance~

First time I've eaten here and it was well worth it! Sara our waitress was on point, knew her dishes and was super cool! Lobster bisque was 5 star and the fish tacos were absolutely delicious and great for a quick lunch. I recommend to everyone unless of course you don't like seafood!

Enjoyed eating here for Lunch. I ordered the Hearty Greens Salad and my husband had the fish tacos. We both enjoyed our meals. We made reservations and our table was ready upon arrival. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful new space. Had the bang bang shrimp, blue crab dumplings, sansei roll, playboy roll, and the best clam chowder ever. Will definitely be back soon.

Love this place! So glad the ladies in one of the shops recommended it, listen, I've had A LOT of tacos from all over -- the FISH TACO's here, were the BEST EVER! Lightly fried fish, delicious sauce, and seasoned waffle fries made the absolutely perfect lunch after walking around in the excessive heat in and out of shops. Their AC was perfect! Service, excellent! WILL be back!
