While I have not purchased a home install through them, I can say that they were extremely quick to respond to my email inquiries about their amps. Very professional and courteous, awesome customer service.

Fantastic team and awesome experience. I had no idea how to shop for a home theater screen, but Jon indulged my every question with patience and found the perfect solution for my situation. Joshua assisted with the order and delivery and was available immediately on the phone to answer more questions I had. I had no idea that there was such a variance in HT screens. There are different shades of white and gray and then a slew of DIY screens out there. Our room is not very dark so this was going to be a challenge. In addition, my speakers are behind my screen so I needed a perforated/woven material. After shopping local and online, my mind was blown. What is the difference between a $500 and a $5000 screen? I wanted to make the most informed decision so I went to the expert AV forums online and started researching. Seymour AV seemed to pop up very often. I emailed Seymour AV with a lot of dumb questions and Jon Kaisland responded right away. Several emails later, my screen was in production and at my door in less than two weeks. I was not looking forward to putting this puzzle together, but I have to say, the engineering that went into this design was top notch. There are eight identical brackets that very easily connect the four rails of the screen. The instructions are only one page with pictures! From unboxing to assembling was 10 min. My 9 year old used the bands to fasten the screen to the rails and my wife and I were able to hang this 11 foot screen with ease. A very interesting and probably overlooked aspect of screens is the border. Whatever black border that comes with this screen is masterful at absorbing any picture bleed. The topper in this process is these savages even sent a bag of popcorn with the screen! I highly recommend this U.S. based company for your AV screen.

Talked to Jon Kaisand about getting a screen for my living room space. He recommended a specific model and after discussing over the phone about the details, he mentioned to give me a quote for shipping to Canada. After a few follow up emails, I never received the quote.

The screen is great and it's amazing afterv two years of use. I am however still disappointed in the masking panel not fully covering the screen. There is about a quarter inch gap which is really annoying as it doesn't mask the full screen.

I was trying to park to enter this business cut off and then screamed at by someone zipping into the parking lot at high speed. He parked and stumbled into the building through an employees entrance. I decided right then that I wouldn't ever patronize this business.
