I don't know how it is in during the rest of the day but it is amazing in the morning and Deborah borderline cured my dogs cancer because I was only able to get to the veterinarian because of how fast I got my food.

I’m grateful this McDonald’s is open 24 hours. The staff is real cool, and the fries are usually hot and crunchy 🫶🏼

I start my rounds at 3 o’clock in the morning, but I always make it my first stop at McDonald’s at 2:59 to get a fresh cup of coffee, and greetings, that I have never received any other location! All of us have long days, and long nights in my case, but this morning TIA greeted me at the drive up window, as usual, saying “good to see you again baby Mark! Be careful, the coffee is hot!! I hope you don’t mind fresh coffee?!?!” no I don’t mind! That’s exactly why I make the drive all the way down from Ankeny not just because they’re open 24 hours, but because I know I can always count on fresh coffee, a great smile, great enthusiasm from everybody, and coffee like my mama used to make!!” I wish I knew everyone’s name. I would put it on here as well. Thank you McDonald’s gang!!! PEACE OUT 🇺🇸

Exceptional service! Hot food! The workers here that were in drive thru were amazing!

I pulled up for curbside, and after 20 minutes of waiting through a rush, I ran inside to get my order. Hangry as I was at the time, the two girls who greeted me were still friendly and one quickly bagged my order and sent me on my way. Shout-out to both of them, and thank you for the extra nuggets for my kiddo. You guys made it worth the wait! I appreciate you!! 🙏❤

Super nice employee when ever I go there. Usually the same ones I always see.

Always fast yet hot food without too much of a wait before 11pm. Staff are friendly, quick and efficient which makes for a smooth drive through experience & happy guests. Breakfast is by far the best bang for your buck. Only complaint would be the store closes @11pm which causes the 6th Ave. location to be packed.

I did a mobile order and it was amazingly fast.
I ordered and immediately walked inside. There was barely anyone inside, but drive through was full and amazingly my food was already done. Only had one complaint and it was cuz I asked the lady if the ranch I ordered was in the bag and she said to me "I don't know you're gonna have to look in the bag."
I felt that was rude and uncalled for to be honest since she could have told me without attitude!
But all in all it's worked great for me.

The breakfast crew at 4am after work is the best! Miss Caroline has to be the best employee McDonalds has. She is super nice, and I'm almost certain that she calls everyone baby! If you are out and about late, drive through and see for yourself. She's an absolute gem.

They now thankfully reopened their drive through to 24 hr.

They stop serving dinner at 4 am at the time of this review.

Shout out to the lady's working the windows. Though the one took the order and I had a minor miscommunication, she handled it like a pro. The gal handed us our food was awesome to talk to making sure what drinks were what when she handed us our drinks.

I opted for drive-through at the McDonald's on 31st and Forest this day due to the below freezing temperatures. I just didn't want to get out of my car. There was a car in front of me but I didn't have to wait long. The employee working the drive-through was very pleasant. I ordered a couple of speciality items and she made sure she charged me appropriately. (She even double checked with the manager). When I got to the window to pay she repeated my order to ensure she was charging me for my food and not someone else's. The payment transaction was quick. She was smiley despite the cold temperatures. When I pulled up to the window to receive my food it was waiting for me. Everything I ordered was correct. Even the speciality items! The only negative thing I would say is that the fries were a bit soggy. Time to change the fryer oil!

In the drive thru, a young man took my money and was very professional and sweet! Angel handed my food to me...what a wonderful young lady who made going through the drive thru totally worth it! Food was piping hot! Thank you McD's!!!!

The only fast food or restaurant open at 1 o'clock night. It was jammed packed with cars and people as it's the weekend too. Thank you for being open.the customer service wasn't bad but you could feel the night shift fury. Fresh and good food for a late night back from work. They had really good deals for the night ,which ppl should check out.

Got our food quickly with no mistakes. They had menu items available that my local McDonalds does not have, so that was a surprise. Though the drive through line was long, it moved at a good pace.

Service is always fast without mistakes. And the people serving are the best. Always kind and pleasant.

Very busy, calm music and hardworking employees trying to work thru rush hour. Was very polite and was apologetic for being out of smoothies, gave me a pie to compensate for it, Well mannered.

Quickening an dout with thr curbside pick up online ordering from the app. My son had his tonsils out so I got him a cold drink for the drive home.

Update... Service was superb. Big Mac fed my big Mac attack, fries were hot.. yummy .. but I think they need to do something with the sweet tea dispenser or the liquid cause it tasted nasty. This is 3rd time it's been like that.

I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 2 fish , big Mac meal large with sweet tea and a 2nd sweet tea. I got 2 cheeseburgers and some DISGUSTING chicken thing..1 sweet tea and a unsweet tea...I even verified with each person to ask if they got the 2 sweet tea. and it was a medium fry..

the one taking money was rude as I have seen them. should make her sweep floors for a month. big fail on this McDonald's. I won't go to there again.

The woman who works overnights is the sweetest! She's often there all alone and will have a huge car lineup and people are often rude to her, yet she still keeps a smile on her face and will still call you sweetie or honey! Plus, despite the ridiculous amount of orders she has to fill alone, she always gets our order right and the food always tastes 100%! She's pretty amazing!

The morning staff here is awesome. So friendly and upbeat. I barely had to wait for my order!

Update 9/7: short staffed for sure. They forgot my sauce... Had to go back in for it.... Because who tf eats DRY nuggets
