Textiles is a long-time Iowa City favorite for quality unique clothing and accessories.

I love the selection of cloth used in the clothes. Breathable and comfortable. The staff know their stock inside and out and make helpful suggestions. Attentive, not over bearing. My FAVORITE place in Iowa City for contemporary clothing and a super purse selection.

I get lots of clothes for work here, including comfortable but flattering pants. They carry a wide range of sizes for women. They also have great purses and shoes. Textiles carries Hobo purses made from beautiful leather that last very well. My last two purses have come from Textiles.

There is no other clothing store like Textiles anywhere. I've lived in large cities and in areas that were "fashion conscious." I had to come to Iowa to find a shop that meets my artistic and fabric aesthetic.

Beautiful clothes in a decent array of sizes. The consultants are the heart of the experience. They get to know their clients and offer honest and cogent advice and assistance.

I never leave this shop without finding something I love. Great brands, comfortable and stylish clothes, natural fabrics.
