Trader Joe's

The variety of different sweets and frozen cuisine was impressive. Many of these couldn’t be found at most local grocery stores. Just a shame these places are so far away. Plus, things are definitely pricey at Trader Joe’s.

I have high hopes for this drink, To The Power of Seven Red.

We came here once when this place opened but hadn’t come back snide and I wish we would have this place is better than I remembered! They have thousand of things you can’t find anywhere else! It’s well worth the drive to get some cool stuff from here! The employees were so nice and helpful as well! I was surprised by the prices as well it was way cheaper than I thought it would be we will be back 1000%

As always, Trader Joe’s has the most genuinely friendly and helpful employees of any store I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how they manage to replicate that experience at every store, but they really do!

Every Trader Joe's I've shopped in delivers WORLD CLASS customer service!!! I traveled an hour and a half to shop Iowa City since we don't have one in Cedar Falls and got delayed at register with card authorization with my bank as they suspected possible fraud. The cashier and front end lead were so very gracious during this frustrating process. When finally finished up they presented me with a lovely bouquet of flowers and said "Hope this will brighten your day! Thank you for shopping with us!!!"

The Iowa City Trader Joe's is awesome. Pretty much all of them are. I stopped by there on December 8, killing time with my wife before my hip surgery on that day. We always seem to find some new food item that we just have to buy. The staff is always happy and very helpful and conversational. It's a must stop every time we hit town.

Excellent choices of wine at very reasonable low prices. Good selection of frozen food dinners and fresh produce. Although their stores are small, they're packed with quality products.

I LOVE Trader Joe's! We need one in the Quad Cities! The food is terrific, with many unique items. I don't seek out organic or vegan/vegetarian items, but I sometimes pick up certain ones that are items I would use anyway. The prices are reasonable. The staff is always nice and helpful, going the extra mile. I don't get to Iowa City often, but I always try to plan a stop here when we do.

Best selection of delicious gluten free foods in the Midwest. We travel over 45 minutes to this store just to stock up on our gluten free products.

Brought a little kid for the adventure, she was greeted and was given a sucker, some stickers. She complimented a workers hair and someone decided to reward her with a little flower bouquet. Very sweet and quite a bit extra on the customer service. Your mileage might vary but for me it was a special evening.

Products range between decent and good. Chocolate truffles are exceptional. Dark chocolate peanut butter cups are really good. Tamales are really good. Simpler times lager is really good. Everything but the bagel ciabatta are good.

Prices vary on "good deal" to "a little expensive" nothing is extremely over priced tho. Also nothing is a "steal" either. Aldi is a little better on that front.

I couldnt believe the positive experience tonight with the friendliness of the employees!!! One woman gave my daughter stickers and a sucker and showed her where the coloring pages are. A different wonderful employee gave my daughter some flowers. I was amazed! Really outstanding!!!!

Everyone is always helpful and I love all the different options (even tho many items are seasonal and I hope they will have certain items when I do make my trip) I dislike that I have to drive almost an hour, so i only get there twice a year. I really feel like cedar rapids or Marion should get one then I would go more often. I'm sure others would agree because I know several who make the trip down there. Bringing home frozen items isn't even an option for us in the summer time and risky even in the winter. I usually stick the bag at the tailgate of my truck to keep stuff cold.
So I love love trader Joe's but I dislike the distance it is we have to drive for one

Almond Windmill Cookies!
A buttery, shortbread-like cookie, topped with almonds for added flavor and crunch. They are a super snack and a delightful dessert. And they’re shaped like windmills, of course!

I am older, but act like a child and dip these cookies in milk most of the time. They are SO good! I’m glad I discovered them. For me the only problem is, they disappear too quickly!

We're also going to try a few new items: Cnocchi Cacio, Coffee Cake Muffins, and Carrots of many colors!

I wish there was one closer to Cedar Rapids, but I stop by here every chance I get. The staff is super friendly and eager to help!

Just shopped here with my husband. We’ve been coming for a while since we love it so much. But today was extra special. The cashier asked us our weekend plan, and I shared that I was performing at a show in Cedar Rapids and we had our opening night last night. As we were about to leave, Alex, who helped us at checkout, gifted me a bouquet of flowers. It made me feel so happy and joyful. Thank you, thank you for making this girl feel special.

One of my favorite grocery stores, super clean and always very friendly staff.

This is the only Trader Joe’s for miles. The staff are very helpful and courteous. I can almost always find what I need. I’d love it if TJs would bring back the Quinoa Dolmas, the rice ones are dry and yucky.

This grocery store has a lot of healthy foods and a lot of different offerings that other stores don't have. Prices are better or equal to Walmart. I go here every chance I get!!
