Pizza Ranch

After reading some of these stupid 1 star reviews, I figured I’d give this place a 5 star based on their photos and other reviews. Can’t believe anyone would give a small business a 1 star review over some of the silly things. Now the one lady that paid $47 for her food that never got delivered, should’ve got her money back. I’ve never eaten here and I’ve never even been to Iowa. Sitting here watching caucus and saw the Fox News guy on there. Place looks delicious! I’ll be sure to try it if I’m ever out that way. We had a birthday party at Pizza Ranch this past week. Bruce set us up with one of their party rooms as we had a group of about 20 people. Bruce and his crew couldn't have been more accommodating! Bruce told us they would be more than happy to prepare any kind of pizza for us if we didn't already see it on the buffet. We ran a little past our alotted time, but Bruce and his crew just worked around us as we were preparing to leave. We were so impressed, we booked another party room for a gathering of 40 people next summer. Thank you Bruce and crew for such a pleasant experience!!!! We appreciated everything you did to make our grandsons' first birthday so special!

The main guy who waited on my parents and I was the Assistant or MIT. Could not read his name on his cap. Said he was going to run the new location in North Liberty. He was very personable and funny. I told him he was the nicest employer I have met at any of the Pizza Ranches. I will visit his new location when it opens. I live in Burlington. Thank you to this man! 😊

I live an hour away and managed to make all the way back home before realizing that I had left my phone in one of the stalls in the bathroom. So I called and asked if they could look for it for me and not only did they find it but they locked it up safely for me until I was able to come retrieve it. Honest people, good food, enough said :)

Once again, after today's visit, I can say that Bruce and the team have taken it up a "notch" for sure!

We had my son’s birthday at Pizza Ranch and I can’t say enough about how good the staff there was. A special shout out to Alex, who was the best host possible to make our boys day so special. Alex needs a huge, huge, huge raise and a lot of tips - or whatever else he likes. Absolutely amazing service and care. Great place to hangout and eat or throw a party.

The food was the standard pizza ranch buffet of pizza, chicken, a salad bar and a bit of everything else, though the buffet seemed slightly smaller than some other pizza ranches I've been to. The staff was what made the place great though, they were all really friendly and nice.

Always nice meals at reasonable price. Discounts for seniors, great game
rooms for the kids. Staff always helpful, both behind the counter and the the way they keep things tidy. Dirty places are picked up promptly. Tables are kept clean.

Lots of great food, good atmosphere, kid friendly. I'd eat here again.

Tasty and delicious, obviously kid friendly, and that mug is full of rootbeer... for you know, a Pizza Ranch RB Float! Plus games for the kiddos

We are grateful for Lisa and the crew for always treating us like royalty for our Men of Honor group.

It is a good place to hang out but don't over dose on food

I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had here tonight. We were greeted and taken care of by Dylan (I hope that's how you spell it). Dylan was friendly, fun, and accommodating. I have never left a Google review before, but Dylan left such an impression on me that I just had to. Truly one of the nicest and most flexible servers out there! Thank you, Dylan!

We moved our family reunion to this pizza ranch and it was fantastic. The staff took care of things, the food was great as usual. It was a pleasure to hold our reunion there! THANK YOU!

We were working on a project late and didn’t think about dinner until about 8:45. We rolled into pizza ranch and were greeted by Dylan. He took awesome care of us! Keep being great!

My first and by far best time at a pizza ranch. The main worker/MVP of the evening was Dylan. They were extra helpful and walked around to multiple tables when it wasn’t even necessary. I personally would vote for Dylan if they ran for president. BEST costumer service I’ve EVER had across all categories.

Literally the best service I've ever experienced. One of the workers, Dylan, made sure I got all of my favorite food even though they were right about to close. He was super nice and approachable, checked in frequently on my table, and made what was a relatively mediocre day into something I'll remember for quite some time. Thanks, Dylan!
