Had two elders come in and didn't know what to order with the all the stuff on the menu, I recommended the cod dinner which is most ordered. The customer got the 3piece cod dinner. They came back after finishing up and thank me for the recommendation and said that they really enjoyed their meal and will be coming back!!!

It was past 9 pm and there was a very long line at the drive thru. We waited 35 minutes in line. The staff was very friendly tho and the strawberry malt that I ordered was delicious, the best I had from all Culver's, so far!

They forgot the dipping sauces today. After going through the drive through a d driving a couple of miles to eat in a park, then we discovered the shortage!!!

I got the 10 piece shrimp basket. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. It was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

Culver's will likely always be one of the best fast food places out there. We made this stop mostly for their custard, and even that is worth a special trip. The pints are under $5 and the flavors are all wonderful.

Service sllooowww BUT, you get hot fresh food, delicious soups!

Arianna was very nice at the window she had a welcoming smile and when I asked for sauce and napkins she made sure to get them with no fuss! Food was also pretty good.

I went in for the first time and the only thing I can say about this place is that it is Quality. The staff at the counter were friendly and got my order taken right away. I tried the butter burger and an ice cream sundae. The burger was great. The vanilla ice cream that I ordered had some kind of issue, but the staff handled it very well and got me taken care of with no problem! If you want friendly service and quality food, eat at this Culver's location.

I love Culver’s. They do have gf bun and they take care of allergies very seriously which I like the most. This branch particularly has nice and clean atmosphere.

John is the manager at the time we were there and he was friendly, courteous, and the restaurant was very clean. Food order was served quickly and hot. Took his recommendation on trying the frozen cocoa mixer and it was delicious. Will definitely stop at this location again in the Iowa City area.

Fast and fresh, friendly and efficient staff. Being from Wisconsin, Culver's is somewhat of a staple. This location in Iowa is doing a great job of staying consistent with the famous flavor and service.

Update: My last visit was a much better experience. Everything was as expected and better.

Ate there Sat. and Mon. On Sat., no napkins were included in our bag to wipe the hamburger grease off. We were on our way to a wedding. Then Monday I was asked what sauce I wanted with buffalo tenders. No sauce was put in our bag.

Staff was helpful and polite. I did order coffee, which I never got. I asked twice but just gave up. Otherwise, everything was great.

My first time ordering from there was during this quarantine . I got a concrete shake and burger for $10. It was definitely worth the price.The shake was a BANGER and the burger hit the spot. I'll try them again soon and update it if my opinion changes at all. For now, I'm adding them to my top 10 .

One of the best visits to Culver's I've had. Good service and the order was correct. When it comes to Culver's I have definitely had worse. Also the inside is very pleasantly designed and has a heart fake fireplace. I ordered the pork tenderloin value basket. It was great. All the sides are great options as well. Plus they have gorgeous ranch dressing.
