Sears Appliance Repair

This is the 3rd or 4th time now that Brian has been my service technician and he's always quick, professional, and friendly!

Your company is hard to have a conversation with. Wish I could talk to a person. My appointment was cancelled several times and not quite sure why. But when Brian arrived he did a good professional job and explained the problem.

How can you rate someone that didn't even come out to the house and is very Rude, we've had him before and he wasn't no then either. He tells us nothing was wrong. We had another guy come out, he fixed it.
I don't know if I have either. Wanna go through any of you guys anymore. He told us that to call a plumber. He can't do the work he didn't even receive what was going on. He just bought went by what he thought.

it was the worst experience of my life they said they would be at my home between 8am & 5pm which means you have to set at home waiting all day then I got a message that said they would be here at 2:25 pm then I got a message telling me it would be 4:15 then I got a message that said it would be 5:15-6:45 so after dialing about 10 different numbers before I got a human to talk to they assured me someone would be here later I got a message saying it would be tomorrow before they would get here they told me the truck broke down the next day the service person told me that they over booked and I wondered how they got the truck fixed so quick so he looked at my dryer and said it was blocked with lint and I asked him so it is fixed and he said no they don't do that so I am wondering why I pay 59.00 a month and a100.00 trip charge and tell me you don't do that so what is the purpose of this service agreement I would not recommend sears for anything
