Bardot Iowa

Bardot is my favorite place to hangout! the atmosphere is great, drinks are delicious, and the staff always has a positive vibe. Also, I never wait longer than a few minutes for a drink which is awesome compared to the other bars like Spoco where the wait is over 20 minutes.

If you haven't checked out this place recently, you definitely should! It's always a great time Friday and Saturday nights!

We held a semi-private event at the Bardot establishment last week, and had an amazing experience.

Reserving the tables for our event was easy process, and choosing the appetizers for our guests was also smooth because the owner really helped us figure out what would work best for our guests. He was right, we had zero complaints. Honestly, everyone loved the food, especially the bacon covered dates!

Drinks were delicious and beautifully crafted. Great for snapchat ;)

The atmosphere of Bardot, is very versatile and unique. I've been there before on the weekends for a drink, and it is nothing like anything else downtown in Iowa City. The floors never sticky, the music is always on point, it's clean, and I don't run into any underage "hooligans." It's a great time for me and my colleagues, and I'm happy to report that after my special event I will always recommend Bardot for a good, classy, tasty time!

The house made Rum Chata-esque drink is incredible. So good that I drink a lot of it and cannot remember the name. Also, if it’s the same owner I remember dude is OBSESSED with Connect Four and if you can beat him drinks are free. Spoiler alert: he hardly has to provide free drinks.

Best place downtown for drink specials - any night! Staff and owner make sure you feel welcome every time you're there. Love to grab a bite to eat here on the weeknights, too! Fav spot for my friends and I every weekend to start and end our night.

The food and drinks here are phenomenal. By far my favorite bar in Iowa City! All the bartenders and staff are super friendly, and accommodating. Great place to spend any night of the week!

The bar design is extremely unique for Iowa City. I loved that the drink menu not only focused on the old school drink pallet they also bring some Maimi flavor to the menu as well. That said, you can't complain about a bar in Iowa City where the owner will play a game of Janga or shoot some pool with his customers!

Very different from other Iowa City bars. Very clean and well kept. Curtious and timely staff. Great music choice and probably the best burger in town!

Great atmosphere and selection of beverages. Friendly staff and they have a pool table for those who don't like to just sit and sip on your drink.

Modern look with a decent amount of taps. Good spot to grab a late night beer for me and the buddies. The bartender was also very nice.
