These movers moved my parents from clear lake to Des Moines. We were all nervous since we had never used a professional moving company. Boy were we happy with our choice! They were professional, clean, kind, and worked amazingly hard. All of our stuff was well taken care of. Nothing was broke. Such nice gentlemen and what a relief to have everything moved for us! Thanks so much!

Awesome experience for the 1st time my family and I hired movers! Very quick but careful with your personal belongings. The team of men we had did an amazing job and would use them again moving forward if needed!
Scott in headquarters is amazing and was super accommodating to our move. Without Scott we wouldn't of had movers but he went above and beyond with customer service!

So these guys went above and beyond to get our needs taken care of. The crew lead was communicative and got down to buisness when it came to hauling things in and out of the truck - there was zero slacking off and little chit chat. That might seem unfriendly but it wasn't! They just take the fact that you are paying them based on time and take their job seriously! Night and Day difference compared to the last moving company we used. We will definitely use AAA Movers again!

I was so impressed. They moved our piano for us and I couldn't have imagined it going any better. Movers were friendly, informative, and professional. I will definitely consider them again for any future moving needs.

My experience with AAA movers was fantastic. Valerie helped coordinate everything and was super responsive to messages. She helped me pick the right crew and move my moving date easily. The crew arrived early and was super professional. They took great care of my things and were very efficient. If I am moving again I will definitely use this service again.

AAA Movers were fantastic. I was nervous about the move and their personal care, their detailed explanations, and their absolute confidence in handling various situations took care of my concerns. A last minute change on my part was handled calmly and smoothly by Tiffany, assuring me she would take care of it. Mike and his team were hard working, professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Mike and Trevor did an amazing job moving my very large couches, 3 tvs, washer and drawer swap, bed furniture set, some boxes, and mattresses! They didn’t waste time at all and they were done by 1:30pm! I would highly recommend

From start to finish everyone was very professional and had great attitudes. Cory was the representative I spoke with first about setting up my move 5 stars to him for his great personality and professionalism. A big shout out to Tron and Eli for having everything done in such a short amount of time and they were great to talk with. 5 stars all around and I hope they are paid and treated well for all their effort.

From dealing with the manager in the office to the gentlemen who moved my stuff, I have had no complaints. Mike and the gentlemen working with him were extremely fast. Noah quoted me one price and because of their efficiency, professionalism and how fast they moved, the price dropped more than I thought it would. They were extremely careful with my furniture, wrapped the ones that needed to be wrapped, assembled my bed at no additional cost. They were nice and friendly as well. I will always only use this company whenever I need to move. Absolutely recommend them. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The manager, Carrie, is also amazing to deal with.

Mike and Logan were professional, friendly and efficient. They took their work seriously and made sure they took great care of my things. They worked together as a team very well. I was very impressed with their work and the service. There was a mix up with some things on the office end. The office manager made things right and again, and this person was great to work with as well. Would definitely recommend these Movers!!

I got 3 guys, they all performed very well, had my entire apartment cleared, and new home moved in, less than 3 hours. Nobody stopped, nobody "milked the clock" they worked all the way through, and they were very professional, good to chat with during the move, very good about not damaging anything, and very good about making sure objects made it to the *exact* spot I requested. Good team, great service!

The three guys that helped me move were amazing! They did their work in a timely manner and somehow managed to fit all my stuff in a storage unit that I honestly wouldn’t have been able to do myself. They also made sure that they helped me fill up my Ford Escape with a lazyboy boxes and a 55 inch tv (which again I wouldn’t have been able to fit all those things that well). I also changed the moving day a bunch of times and literally called the day before and they were able to fit me in the next day. Thank you!

I am extremely grateful for my recent experience with AAA Movers (Nov 2020)! My elderly mother needed to move on short notice. She had a good experience working with move consultant Justin to plan her move. She called Justin three times to change the move date, and each time he was very accommodating. The final time, we called on a Friday afternoon and asked to have the movers come on Monday so that I could be there to help. Justin said they would make it happen. I was honestly a little skeptical of whether the guy was for real since he was so accommodating, but they came through and were wonderful!!!

Three movers arrived Monday morning within the scheduled time frame. Those guys HUSTLED. There were several flights of stairs, some in poor condition, and they had the 2 bedroom apartment emptied in 90 minutes. It was seriously impressive. They wore their masks the whole time during the move, which I really appreciated, especially with my elderly mother there. Every aspect of the move was very professional and exceeded my expectations.

The move was a time sensitive, key piece in a very complex and emotionally draining situation and having it go so smoothly meant the world to me and my family. Thanks again to Justin and the movers!!!

Showed up on time and did exactly what they were hired to do with great attitude and care for our items. They moved several heavy and large items for us with perfection. Very hot miserable day, they were soaked clear through their shirts with sweat but kept smiling and working. These guys worked like tractors we were so thankful to have them! Hope to never need a moving company again but if we do it WILL be AAA Movers!

I couldn't have asked for a better moving company! We were moving to Iowa from out of state and everyone from Val and Tiffany to the moving team (Mike, Logan and Trevor) made it seem flawless. They were on time and not one item was lost or damaged which is amazing considering it was an interstate move. I've moved several times in my life and it's rare you don't find a scratch on something... I haven't found one yet! I will use this company for all of my moves in the future.

The guys were AWESOME and very professional. The team lead worked very well with his crew and showed them respect! He walked me through everything ahead of time as well. During the unloading process, there was a downpour!! They covered my belongings and kept going! I definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Both guys were very kind!!! I moved into an apartment with wood floors and they set down everything gently to make sure it wouldn’t scratch the floor. Will absolutely book again and recommend!!!

They were very receptive and understanding of a last minute request to help me. Loran and Sergio our movers were professional, did not waste time, were very careful with all of our possessions. I will be using them again in the very near future.

Absolutely amazing the 2 movers that moved my stuf were perfectly respectable with my items and went above and beyond with the job that they did. The company gave me a 12 to 6 p.m. window of when they would arrive and they arrived five minutes early at 11:55 am. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! 👏 😆😍
