Store very clean, organized & well staffed. Customer service excellent answering questions, friendly quality service with a smile. Prices competitive & sale priced items in stock! All around pleasant shopping experience & appreciate store associates delivering your groceries to your vehicle. In addition, I appreciate the staff's maturity, quality, & professionalism & delivering a team effort! Each employee wearing their name tag is helpful also. Excellent outcome & will continue to patronize this store in the future. Thanks again to all employees @ this store, including all members of management! Wide variety of merchandise, well stocked & very organized. Thank you so much for the high standards you have established, which exceed expectations! I love shopping Fareway.
Only dislike I have is young staff chatting with each other in aisles and continuing to do so while I make it obvious I could use assistance. Also happens with baggers at register: one working and one talking to him about social life or other things. It's annoying.

Have excellent prices and a great selection of choices.

I love this place. The meat market is the best I have found. The employees are always helpful and friendly. They even take tour groceries to the car for you at no charge. I always try to tip them cause they are usually young kiddos. They could use a buck or two.

Friendly staff. Clean isles and well stocked. Everything is fresh and well placed. The food counters are stocked with a large selection of meats and foods. Always have great prices and good deals!

My little guy has autism and this is his favorite grocery store. Fareway isn’t as over stimulating as other retailers. He enjoys checking out and handing things to the cashier. I enjoy the meat counter and the quality of meat.

Good experience overall. Employees are friendly and helpful. They eventake your grocery out and put them in your car. (NO other store does that anylonger.)
Prices seem to be lower on the majority of the items I purchase. Hy Vee is always higher prices on nearly every item I buy. Same brands and quality as I het here at Fareeay.
The meat department and produce is a better quality as well as fair priced here also. I would recommend you visit Fareway and see for yourself.

Excellent customer service. The employees are super attentive to your needs. They help you take your purchase to the car. Very good service! And of course I would come back!!

My experience at Fareeay was pleasant as Always.
I reside near the Twin Cities where there are no Fareway Stores in Close proximity.
The Selection is wide and Stocked amply.
The Fresh Meat Case leaves the with no wants for more .
Pricing is reasonable and promotions are also Good.

I liked that the meat department was nice and clean and they had my fave. Chicken drumsticks. They were weighted and packaged right in front of me. That's what I liked the most. Keep up the good work. I'll most definitely be coming back.

This is one of the best Fareway Stores that the Company has. The store manager, Matt, is a strong leader and has great people that work under him, as well as along side of him. The store is ALWAYS clean, stocked, and the employees are always busy. There aren't too many that stand around, that's not the way that Matt wants it. I could go to the Newton store, but, I prefer this store, the workers are always friendly and by now we know each other on a first name basis. Why would anyone go to HyVee, when Fareway, Pleasant Hill has everything a customer needs. Kudos to Matt and his management team and all of the employees.

I am A truck driver. I drive from California to the Midwest. I delivered in the neighborhood and I popped into this grocery store for so much needed supplies. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. When I walked in the front door it smelled so amazing because they were baking all these wonderful muffins and banana bars. I actually really needed some Ginger ale because I because I had an upset stomach. But I ended up with a whole cartful of wonderful groceries at very good prices good prices including some delicious strawberries. And then the older gentleman bagger helped me take my cartake my cart to my big rig and he handed me up my groceries. It was a very pleasant experience and also I am very pleased with the quality of the groceries.

Love the meat counter. Always get my meats from here cause it's fresh not prepackaged. Staff is very friendly and courteous and help you load your groceries.

Friendly staff. Well stocked. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and plentiful. Meat counter has variety and everything is packaged to your specifications. Prices are fair , competitive, and they price match their competitors.

I Love this Fairway, the staff is very friendly, I don't have to wait long to check out. The meat counter is GREAT, the staff meets my needs of wrapping how I want my stuff package. This is the best Fairway I have been in. I just wish they had the ground pork on sale more, because we like ground pork over hambu9

The workers are very helpful. They get people up to the registers right away if they see people coming. Also it hasn't lowered there standards by putting in self help check outs like Walmart and Hy-Vee. I appreciate a store that will keep hire people for jobs when you need them to help customers

I have recently become frustrated with HyVee. I have never shopped Fareway much. I decided to try out Fareways online ordering system.

I downloaded the app. The app itself works very well. Its simple, and user friendly. The only downside to the app was the search criteria seems a bit limited. If I search for instant potatoes, it doesn't recognize that term. They come up under "mashed potatoes". There were a couple other items that were also diffucult to search, but overall, the app is great, and maybe it won't hurt me to broaden MY search vocabulary.

Fareways ordering system is great. Just like with HyVee, you place your order through the app. Select a store, and a time slot to pick up. But Fareways system is better.
At HyVee, when you make your order, you have the option to choose your substitutions for out of stock items, right in the app. But, no matter how detailed you are, the shopper will still either text message and ask what substitution you want, or the most popular is they just omit that item from your order. But, you won't know that until you put your groceries away, and realize your well laid dinner plans have become last minute Dominos.
At Fareway, I received a link with options to choose from. A couple of those options were also out of stock, and I received other options to choose from. In the end, of 5 out of stock items, I was able to substitute all but one.

When I arrived at pick up time, my order was ready. The lady who I assume (I don't know for sure) was my personal shopper, was very friendly and personable. She loaded my groceries into the truck, while chatting with me. She was apologetic that she had to make so many substitutions, and explained that one of their vendors have been slow delivering. Overall, it was a good experience. As opposed to the young men who loaded my groceries at HyVee (east Euclid) who asked my name, loaded my groceries, closed the door and left.

My experience with online shopping at Fareway was great. If you're going to go with the online pick up version of grocery shopping, I would highly revommend Fareway in Pleasant Hill. I will be ordering again in 2 weeks.

I have only made one trip inside the Fareway in Pleasant Hill, and I have not tried delivery there. In the near future I will check out those options, and update.
