I Love Ace hardware! It's a smaller more intimate environment and the customer service is unbeatable. I appreciate the employees knowledge and teamwork. O'Donnell Ace Hardware happens to be about a block away from my home and super convenient. The staff is more than happy to help you find what you need and I'm never apprehensive to ask for opinions or even how to do something. I'm never steered wrong and always leave a happy customer!

Great customer service. Sam provided a lot of details regarding models EGO battery powered hedge trimmers and line EGO string trimmers. I bought both.

Very good store to go to for tools and home improvement stuff. The customer service here is very good with no complaints. I just got in and out with the supplies I've needed and then some, definitely coming back in the near future.

Close by to my residence, and prices are not bad. Also friendly helpful staff.

It's smaller so, makes shopping easier plus staff is always available and helpful/friendly which you don't find in the bigger stores. So for most hardware needs I go there first.

Stopped in last night last minute. The young man assisting me (i believe his name was Nolan) Was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and very helpful despite the fact the the store was closing within minutes of my arrival. He got me everything I needed for my repair quickly and efficiently. I will travel clear across town to shop here before going to Home Depot ever again. Great job Ace. Super impressed by the staff's customer service driven attitude. Thank you!

I love how friendly and helpful everyone is here. They know a lot! Special shout-out to employee Nick who helped me today with a super annoying issue that I had been trying to fix for 2 days. I had the right equipment for the job but couldn't get the dang thing to work, so he just came right out to my car and fixed it then and there. Only took him 15 min but made a WORLD of difference to me. Thank you! You've earned a loyal customer for sure.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I go to my local hardware store for advice....great prices....friendly help and a WIDE variety of items to meet your needs. I'm a bargain shopper and their rewards program sends me $5-$10 about every 3rd month! That's really great on top of already decent and competitive prices. So much closer than a big box store and I love their advice. Always someone to greet you at the door to help you find ANYTHING!!!!

Good place to go for convenience. Expect to pay two to three times what home depot prices are. If you need something quick and low quantity its worth it. If you need anything expensive or large quantity this is not the place to go. They have exceptional service but to me not worth the extra money

Every single employee I have ever spoken to and asked questions about various types of products and ideas/tools needed to fix things, etc were very knowledgeable and helpful! This is a great neighborhood hardware store to get last minute or emergency supplies for quick fixes, as well as items needed for just regular maintenance as well! I highly recommend stopping in the next time you're needing household diy stuff or maintenance items, etc!

Went to this location for some key copies and some random hardware. The associates were very helpful and timely. The keys I received unfortunately didn't work, but when I returned, they replaced them with no questions asked and even gave me an extra copy for a tricky key, just in case. Both keys work now and they have definitely earned my future business.

Ace is excellent! There is excellent service at this location, every time I walk through the door they welcome me and ask if there is anything they can help me find and always know right where it is. They went so far as to open up a new product to show me what minor repair I needed to make, which resulted in me not needing to buy anything. I actually enjoy shopping at this location and it's a small enough store that it doesn't take long to find what you need.

Large selection of hardware needs. Items that are available are general hand tools from block sanders to hugh quality snow shovels and snow blowers.
Lots of home repair products, paint,nails and misc. items birdseed of every kind. Also point system and monthly coupon calendar.

Always very helpful in helping me find what I need. They also have a really good selection for a smaller store relative to the big box stores. If you get Ace Rewards the prices will be similar to the big stores on smaller items.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I stop in when I know I won't be able to find a product on my own or I'm not even sure what I need for a project. They are always happy to point me in the right direction.
