Great variety of food, had the tacos Al pastor and horchata and was not disappointed. Also this location has a nice little outdoor seating area. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Really good tacos! Keep in mind his Asada (Beef) tacos come with cheese so if you don’t want cheese let him know! Also the Al pastor options here are delicious! I highly recommend the huaraches! Portion sizes are sooo good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Amazing food!! Great prices can feed a family of 8 for $36. Burritos are so big 3 people can share one! Tacos are always amazing. Everything comes with grilled onions.

While in Des Moines we found Jose's Taco Truck and gave it a shot.
Joses does not disappoint!! We ate there four times in two days.
Tacos are delicious, the best I've had. Tortas are massive. Soft buns hold in fresh and delicious meats, cheeses, avocado and more! The quesidilla was the size of a small island and was delicious, it could feed a small army but i ate it all. The best surprise was Joses hamburgers. Fresh homemade patties loaded with various toppings that took two hands to hold and I happily devoured it.
If you're in Des Moines or anywhere close to it go to Joses because you won't be disappointed

Their tacos 🌮 are very nice and tasty and has a dining area and car parking facility near their food truck. Their service is so good. We will be back again. My husband's favorite taco place :)

I had a Alambre Tacos, which is a combination of Steak, Ham and other meat! Man that was delicious.
