I pick up load respectful 🙏 staff scale on exit check in guard post 2 truck before me almost 30 mint to loaded I came 2 pm and check out 3.15 pm 2 truck before me restroom at shipping office one guy name delone very nice person I want to pickup load again

Truckers:

Had a 13:00 pick up appointment in dry van. I arrived at 12:39.

Was no line at truck gate.

Guard needed my 434 pick up number. Signed in, & assigned 2 docks to choose. Directed where to go.

Have small staging area to wait across from docks, if they weren’t available. 1 was. Very decent space to back.

After backing, they came to get me to sign bills & give me my seal. May ask for a strap to secure freight.

Bills handed after loading.

Loading was an hour.

Total process of checking in, loading, & out about 1.5 hours.

Great people! Appt. is 8:00 , 1/12/23! Know is 1/11/23 ,1:30 pm! My trailer is empty!Unloading for 10 min.Great company!

Fast unloading, friendly staff. I was empty just for 20 minutes. My appointment was for 10:30 am. I checked in in 6:50 am and checked out in 7:30.

Nice clean place. A little bit of a wait to get loaded but not bad. They at least have a nice clean bathroom for us Truck Drivers to use instead of a Cold Nasty Porta Potty. Friendly people.

Great Location, Facility and People. If you haven't been here in a while, please note that they have moved the Truck Entrance and Guard Shack. It's on the East Side just before you reach the Plant if you are heading west on Vandalia Rd.

Good place to pickup loads they’re decent at getting you loaded.
