Elizabeth is great, she knows exactly what to do to help and or she asks Corey. They have a great team. Not only is the service great, I have tried several times to replace our bundle with State Farm with a cheaper company, but found State farm rates were the cheapest when bundling insurance.

I did an online quote and switched from progressive to State Farm! Dustin gave me a call and was very knowledgeable and explained every little thing to me! I am saving a ton of money with this switch and am very satisfied to be insured by State Farm now! I could not be more impressed with Corey Chancellor- State Farm insurance. Not only did he cut my insurance cost from what I was paying with another company, but when I found damage to my car in a parking lot, it was absolutely seamless to get it repaired. I was allowed to pick the body shop myself, and State Farm was right there and pick up day with the funds to pay for the repair . Well, I have not met Corey himself, I do most of my business transactions through Elizabeth, and every time I talk to her on the phone she is very sweet and kind and absolutely professional. It really is a great experience to do business with this team in this office.

I have had a positive relationship with State Farm for years. After my last agent retired, I was referred to Corey based on my location. Corey setup a meeting with me to review our policies and make sure we were on the same page as far as what my coverage is. He does a great job of explaining what your risks are, and how you can protect yourself. I would recommend checking into him as an agent. At the end of the day, there is no confusion as far as whats covered and whats not, and I trust him to take care of myself and my family if we ever do need to use our insurance.

No one looks forward to a claim. With the Iowa weather over the last year, we were thrust into the experience. Working with Corey Chancellor's office and the State Farm claims team has been incredibly positive, and relieved a lot of stressors that otherwise could have existed. Responsiveness from this office is unrealistically fast. The claims adjustors acted professionally and with understanding and fairness. Receiving funds was smooth.
