Shag East Village

The staff was excellent. Super friendly. The pics are of a product they carried. I did not buy it, but it cracks me up knowing it exists.

Came in for an extender for my water pipe. Couldnt see what I was lighting because of the glass bulb on the top, I was immediately greeted and escorted to a wide variety of options. I showed them the picture and sizes for fits, and was gladly given some options. They helped me piece this bad boy together I was just the sock puppet shaking my head yes holding out my money... lol TY guys east village location, beasts.

Just want to give Austin a major shout out for his professionalism and always being such a pleasant and smiling face in the store. He’s always willing to answer questions, is knowledgeable and is great with customers.

Lots of positives packed neatly into a small awesome space with friendly employees who are pleasant and good at what they do. Plus I find a good selection and never leave unsatisfied. Definitely a place I will continue giving my business.

Friendly staff and decent kratom prices and good product. I’m new to Des Moines but have fallen in love with this shop. I’m definitely giving them my loyalty. Can’t recommend enough!

Went here for the first time today. Great little alternative shop in the heart of Des Moines. They have a wide variety of products at an affordable rate, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the ambiance was very down to earth and relaxing. 100% recommended.

Didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but they were knowledgeable enough to realize that, show me current options without pushing a sale, and help with selecting not only what I bought, but what I may be interested in next time.

This place is great and so is everyone that works there. Unique stuff you won’t find anywhere else and the nicest people around. They have my unwavering support, in perpetuity, until the end of all time.

I love this place, Jill and April are extremely helpful, I always have a good experience here, its awesome they know me by name! The rest of the staff is also extremely helpful and wonderful to work with!

Awesome place to find when your kid goes off to College, the Guy working was very helpful, he could tell I'd never been to this type of store so he didn't get rude and definitely made an old guy feel at home, can't wait to return with Mother 🐻 hopefully 🤣
