Got my wedding ring resized here and they were so quick. Got it back the next day and the price was amazing! Would definitely recommend going here versus your basic jewelry store at the mall.

I ignored the reviews people writes. I went in to get an appraisal on my bracelet. The guy was very rude. He told me he won’t buy it! He just told me not much gold there! I won’t buy it! I wasn’t selling it. I just want to get the value of my bracelet because I just bought it in Minnesota. He didn’t even have a nerve to look at me. He just yelled say I won’t buy it! I’m Asian myself. So rude! I would never ever go here again. That’s not how you treat a customer. You are a very meanest Asian person I ever had ever met! Rude! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!

It’s called Asian Jewelry cause they only sell to Asian customers. We went on a Friday during their open hours, open light was on. We knocked on the door, called and rang the doorbell, no response. We figured someone’s not here let’s try tomorrow. Came back Saturday again during open hours, light was on, same thing called, knocked, rang doorbell, no response. Then they turned the open light off. So we got the hint no problem however we get in the car pull off and realize they turned the open light back on, they just waited for us to leave the parking lot. Don’t spend your money here!

Open sign on. She opened the door really quick and said you have to call for apt only then shut the door on me. Lady was sweaty looking. Idk something shady going on in there. Don't recommend! Bad service!

Bad customer service. Was trying to support small local businesses but at this point you’re better off going to Kay’s or even Walmart . They are very rude .

Persons inside but won’t open door. Been here multiple times to try and buy gold.

Terrible customer service. It says they’re open they never open the door or answer their phone. I strongly believe they only serve Asian customers, they have cameras on the door if you don’t look Asian they won’t open the door for you.

Very rude owner . Sells 24 k gold but wasn’t able to make adjustments to it . Very dissatisfied with the service.

Avoid. The customer service is terrible. I found the people really rude and they say you are wasting their time if you take a bit to look and they get mad if you leave without buying.

Me and my husband (which is black) went to look at jewelry. When they seen us walking to the door they ran to the back and wouldn’t answer the door! I called and and called and also rang door bell numerous of times. I think it is ridiculous they treated us like that!

All these reviews are to the point true. I had the same experience as well very very Rude people!!!😑
