No tricks or stress here. Just some good guys selling good cars at good prices. I drove in from out of state and they were easy to work with.

I purchased an 05 F150 supercab 4x4 January 2020. I found their website on Friday just before closing and asked if they would hold the truck till 9:00 Saturday morning because I was 90 miles away. They said no problem and I went and looked it over and test drove it the next morning. We agreed on a price and I gave them a small deposit to hold the truck till the next Tuesday so I could get home and get my financing. The whole experience was simple and pleasant. It is now Dec 2022 and I have put 24k miles on this truck with minimal repairs and 50% of my mileage was pulling a car trailer or 14ft enclosed trailer. Truck still runs great with 161k miles and would drive it anywhere. I could still sell this truck today for what I purchased it for. Whenever I need a used vehicle I will scan their website first. While I did not end up leaving with a vehicle, I actually had such a positive experience with this place that I wanted to share. I traveled from out of state to look at and hopefully buy a vehicle configured just how I wanted it. I worked with Tim and explained that I was out of state before coming out. He volunteered vehicle history information, and provided me with detailed pictures of specific things I wanted to see before I made the trip. Of the many dealers I asked for these things (approximately 12 dealers) Tim was the ONLY who sent me the exact information I requested. I even asked for hard to get to frame pictures which he provided.
Overall, I am extraordinarily impressed with this place's/Tim's honesty and willingness to help. He was very much no pressure salesman. Unfortunately the vehicle did have an issue that I was not willing to chance, however, I genuinely do not believe Tim was aware of the issue or ever led me astray. With any dealer, I always recommend people get a third party mechanic inspection, but as for this place, I have nothing but positive things to say and would definitely consider buying a vehicle here in the future.

PS: Worth mentioning too the detail work they do is pretty incredible. All the vehicles on the lot visually looked really sharp!

Went in on the coldest morning of the polar vortex to look at a truck I had seen on their website. I wanted to make sure the truck would start in the coldest of conditions. Although the windchills were about 40 below, they agreed to let me start the truck. After it quickly started up, we took it out for a test drive. I was expecting the sales manager to oversell me on its condition. To my amazement, he was completely transparent and offered to allow me to take it to my own mechanic to inspect. He told me that before they consider selling a vehicle, they have it inspected by a mechanic onsite, road test it for about a week, clean it inside and out, but don't do any cleaning of the suspension or under the hood. That way you can get an accurate look of the vehicles condition. If you're apprehensive about buying a vehicle from an independent lot like I was, I found that Tom and Tim are definitely some of the most honest I have come across. With realistic expectations, you'll find a quality vehicle at a very fair price.

If you want honest, helpful, and true car sales staff (in my experience) then Select Auto Sales is the place to go. I received very helpful and friendly service while I'd been shopping there. I went there with the intent of looking at a truck and a sedan that were both advertised on the website - I believe they have a paper ad as well, but my memory isn't serving me this early in the morning - when I got there I found that both vehicles were sold to some darn happy customers (I was set on getting either). However, a beautiful Taurus SEL (yes I said "beautiful") was just sitting there, doors open and all!

After vigorously looking over the car, I decided to take it for a test drive. It drove and still drives fine, but during the test drive I heard something that needed to be looked at and aptly informed them. As hard and trying as it was, the car sales staff did the right thing and told me to wait to buy until they could fix it. It was hard to wait, but they wanted to sell me a good car, and because of their honesty I'm always going to be in business with them. :-)

Bought a '01 Solara at a good price. Car is very reliable and everything works. I would recommend them over other local dealers. I have bought from two others in the past two years. First car broke down after only 4 months. Second car, 2nd dealer, 8 months. They were American cars, that may also have been why... lol

I would highly recommend Select Auto Tom didnt have exactly what a was looking for on Monday by Wednesday he did. By Thursday I had the car. low miles great shape and a great price. I couldnt have had better service.
