Great experience, great rental and no issues. Rented an suv, found it to be too small (that's on me) and needed an upgrade. Called around, found nothing, given the holiday weekend, and decided to return it early. Rep was very understanding and worked with me to get a larger vehicle. This saved tons of headaches finding a new car at the 11th hour and I really appreciate it

Aziz was great! I have rented from here a few times and each time have worked with him. He is friendly and does everything possible to get you in and out safely on the road. I've rented a car from the Avis Johnston location twice this summer. In June I accidentally showed up over 2 hours late to pick up my reserved car. Corporate had rented it to someone else since I was so late and didn't call them. Omar was amazing and found one vehicle but told me it hadn't been cleaned yet and he felt bad about renting it to me. This was about 15 minutes before closing. I told him that was no problem and if I couldn't rent that car I couldn't go to my aunt's funeral the next day out of town. I was so impressed with his above and beyond helpfulness!! I rented again this past weekend to travel for a family reunion. I can't express how kind and helpful he is!!!

This was the best car renting experience that I have ever had. Not only did we end up saving money but Omar got us in and out. We were having trouble with our credit card. Instead of just letting us walk out the door with no rental he made a suggestion and One phone cal cleared up everything. He was even so nice as to wish my daughter luck in her track competition! His manager was also very nice! Go see them!!!!!!

Omar is the most amazing manager! He went above and beyond to help me out when customer service was constantly giving me the wrong information at the national level. If they ever lose him they will be doing themselves a huge disservice! I am beyond pleased and happy with my experience and it truly was all because of the great assistance I received from Omar. I have rented many cars from various companies and if I could go through him every single time I absolutely would! Booked online and picked up at this location. Omar was helpful and knowledge of what he doing. Omar is very nice person I’ve ever meet. I booked for one week but end up adding another week to Mall of America with just a call away, it was that easy. If you are in Iowa, I highly recommend this car rental place in Johnston, IA. He’s a Small Business Owner, so help support his Business grow. I’m leaving back to California. The next time when I’m back in Iowa, I’m definitely renting a car from this place.

Great place to rent a car! Omar and his staff will take good care of you. Efficient and knowledgeable service. My husband and I rented a vehicle to take to Michigan and back for a reunion. We did the math and it came out to a little over 10 cents a mile. Can't drive your own car for that. This small business owner is just getting started so give them your business...you won't regret it!

Great place to rent vehicles from. I rent about 2-3 times per month from this location for personal and company rentals and Omar and the rest of the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure the customer has a good experience. My vehicle is always ready for me and pickup is very quick and smooth. I definitely recommend this location.

This place is great! Been using them for the last year when I come home to visit. They are friendly and professional. Cars are always clean with a full gas tank. They usually offer me a free upgrade too. And the best part is it's right around the corner from the house. I will continue doing business here as long as they continue to give great service. :)

Booked with AVIS because my company has a discount program and it allowed me to upgrade my car to a better vehicle for the trip. When I arrived I thought I was in the wrong location but I guess they just moved there and are still getting setup. Actually the location itself is in a nice placement because it's just 1 block away from i-80 so benefit there.

As for the SUV we rented, it was very clean, it handled amazingly and it was worth the rental as we had space for bags and everything else we took with on the vacation.

Staff was very friendly, and I'll be going back there again for my next car rental needs.

Very easy and pleasant experience when I needed a rental for about 6 weeks. Omar was very helpful and the price was really good. I absolutely LOVED the car. Will use them again and highly recommended.
