Great customer service and maintenance staff! My boyfriend’s wallet had fallen out of his pocket but we didn’t realize it was missing until we got home. We narrowed down that it must have fallen out of his pocket as we were getting in our car in the parking garage downtown. As it was after hours and pretty late, I called ABM and left a message, hoping we would get lucky enough that someone would find it. ABM called me back at 8:30am the next morning and told me one of their maintenance staff had found my boyfriend’s wallet! They had prioritized the situation and sent someone out first thing to look for the wallet after receiving my message. We were also given clear instructions on where to go to pick it up! Overall such a great experience with them and glad it saves me a trip to the DOT!

Great customer service! Their Administrative Assistant, Danielle Sikes-Gillum, sent me a duplicate receipt for my parking within 5 minutes of my call. Easy process and she carefully took down my email address to make sure it was right. In this day and age, it seems impossible to get anything done on the first try. Great job Danielle and ABM!

Not much to see downtown sometimes but its by the river if there's fish would be grate ...by cort and 2nd st kind of by the wells Fargo building
