My soon to be mother in law hosted my bridal shower here last weekend and it was gorgeous! The barrel room worked so wonderfully for our group. My MIL said the staff was phenomenal to work with. Jasper winery was so accommodating!! The sangria was of course a major hit with everyone, we all had multiple glasses! I highly recommend Jasper Winery for your next event in Des Moines!

We had my birthday party here and bought the $150 package which included 5 bottles of wine, two cheese platters and a small chocolate tray. The space was super fun and relaxing. Loved that we could bring in our own food and had tables held for my guests.

Nice space, very modern yet comfortable. Wine available by the glass or bottle; you can have a glass, and then they will re-cork the remainder for taking with you. The Edelweiss is a nice sweet white wine, balanced. Fun place to hang out for a bit after work with friends.

I had my wedding at Jasper Winery. The staff was so helpful and professional. The venue was beautiful and it didn't take much effort from us to turn our wedding into a truly magical experience.

We just held my daughter’s wedding at Jasper Winery and I have to compliment the team for going above and beyond. The venue is beautiful.
The bar area is a great mix of beautiful wood and metal. The reception hall has high ceilings, large glass doors and windows, and lighting that lends to the ambience.

We had about 150 guests and used the inside space and the tent for the ceremony and reception.
You should note you cannot start a private event until Jasper closes to the public at 6pm. (For us, when we moved the ceremony to Jasper because of COVID and it changed the wedding time.)

Sydney and her team are very accommodating. We could drop off center pieces and other items in advance to help ease the tension of the Big Day. They created a space with dividers and chairs for the bride and bridesmaids in the back so guests wouldn’t see them too soon. They accommodated the florist on the day of to decorate the room and worked well with our caterer, Great Caterers of Iowa (also highly recommend them!)

The Jasper team put all hands on deck when storm clouds started gathering on the horizon and we decided to quickly move the wedding ceremony under the tent. Just in time, the bride and groom had a dry “I do.”

The bar did get a little backed up during the event because we lost a bar when the ceremony moved to under the tent. I would not recommend a group much larger than ours as there are only 3 women's stalls. With so many guests, they also need staff to attend to the bathrooms during the event but those things are easily fixable as they learn and grow.

They were responsive throughout the planning process and even afterwards for a lost bracelet.
Overall - fantastic place for a wedding and a wonderful team!

The bartender, Anna was awesome! Very knowledgeable about all of their products, as well as a great conversationalist. They have a wide variety of wines from sweet to dry, and white and red. We enjoyed literally every one we tasted. They also have delicious sangria! We took home a couple bottles of wine and a case of sangria. I definitely recommend this winery! Good vibes all around.

An amazing venue to host an event! The entire team at Jasper Winery was excellent to work with. Sydney was very organized and was great to work with throughout the entire planning process. Sydney and the team on site the day of went above and beyond to ensure all guests had a great experience.

Beautiful location for weddings and events! Been there multiple times for the Amazing Wedding Race and it's loads of fun! Great staff and delicious 🍷 wine! Looking forward to Officiating here!

We had our wedding reception at Jasper Winery in January and it was spectacular! Not only is the venue naturally beautiful, the event coordinator Sydney and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with! They were willing to help wherever they could and made the entire experience enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend!!

The staff at Jasper winery were amazing. Even while hosting a massive event they made sure to have everything all set up for our smaller group to have a nice time chatting and enjoying wine, cheese, and chocolates together. The Jasper special was super affordable and plenty of food/drink for our group of 9 people. Absolutely awesome and highly recommended!

All of the wines we tasted were great. We will be back!

I visited Jasper Winery for a wine tasting with my father. Tastings were free which was a real treat, and they gave us generous pours. On top of that they have a variety of really great wines to try, my personal favorites being their infusion wines. I had never had anything like that before, they offered a unique twist to a classic. If you have a bit of a sweet tooth, I'd recommend the vanilla infusion, but my favorite by far was the coffee infused wine. And if infusions aren't your thing, do not fret! We also tried some classic red wines that were very elegant, and worth a try! The staff was very knowledgeable and great to converse with too. An excellent overall experience, and truly a hidden gem of the Des Moines area.

Just a lovely venue for their weekly Thursday night live music event. Band was decent, the grounds have large trees on one side so there was plenty of shade.

Just had our wedding here a couple days ago- it was everything we could have asked for and more. Jasper is just beautiful, we barely had to decorate. Sydney is absolutely wonderful to work with and she made the entire process stress free for us. The bartenders were also amazing- we had many, many guests tell us just how nice and friendly they were. Could not recommend Jasper enough- even just for an afternoon glass :)

They offer a good selection of wines from drys to sweets, canned or bottled! Both the dog and staff are very welcoming (:

One of our favorite wineries. They have both dry reds and sweet white. But, also a couple of very different and excellent wines.

Great little winery just outside downtown Des Moines. I came here for an after hours event hosted by a company and everything was fantastic from the wine, to the food, to the atmosphere.

We had our wedding here during the pandemic. Sydney, Molly, Rose were superstars. This was a wonderful event by Sydney and her team. Sydney was so accommodating! If you are looking for a romantic setting for your wedding, this is the place. Or if you want to drink, get the All Night White Wine.

Great place to have a work seminar which was why I was there! I do not drink alcohol but I serve their wine products at the Blank Park zoo and people really love the Sangria Wine! A lot of people today were enjoying the wine!

We rented Jasper Winery for a work event this fall and everyone had a blast! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allowed us to use both the indoor and outdoor space along with the tent that was set up outside. This is a great spot to sit and chat with friends and it's also just off the bike trail if you prefer to travel by two wheels.
