Pretty sure this is the third time I have reviewed them. Literally every time has been five stars. Mark you are so awesome and that's really saying something after dealing with you with 3 vehicles. I more than recommend.

I like this dealership because of how upfront they are about the vehicles and the loans. My mother in law and an old coworker recommended them to me after they had bought more than a couple cars through them between the 2 of them and I see why. They salesmen are not pushy they dont have to be between the vehicles and the financing the vehicles sell theirselves so if you find one you like jump on it because it's not going to be there long. Only thing they could really really improve on is the website updating but I'm sure that's hard to do when the vehicles sell so quick. By the time I called about a vehicle I'd been watching it had sold like 5 days before that the second one on my list had just sold 3 days before that.

Tom and Mark were great to work with. We gave them a price range of where we wanted to be and they did not try to push us to higher priced cars. We felt very comfortable with their honesty and telling us the good things and the not so good things about the cars we were interested in. Once we narrowed our selection down to the car we wanted, we noticed a few items we needed taken care of before we drove it off the lot and they had those done the same day. We felt we got a great car at a great price and dealt with honest people.

I recommend Murray Motors. I cannot say enough how every experience I have with them is a tremendous blessing. They take wonderful care of me. They are straightforward and I appreciate their transparency. I always feel grateful as I leave. I bought my vehicle here. I bring my car back for regular oil changes. I have taken my car to be serviced at other places. Not anymore! I will make the drive from out of town to have all the work it needs done here. I would rather have the quality of service, for the best price, and the excellent fellowship that I am always met with. Thank you to the Murray’s team for a customer for life!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Everyone inside treated me with the utmost respect. I spent weeks searching for the right vehicle and it was a no brainer going with Murray Motors. The shop mechanics are fantastic and ensured that I had no problems leaving the dealership. I was able to get a really good warranty with my vehicle. Establishing a long-term relationship is important to this business. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business here.

Drove down to the dealership from Rochester, MN(4hrs) after inquiring about a hybrid car. The dealer (Dillion) on the phone was pleasant to speak with and was honest about the problems with the car. I got down there and the car looked great. I took it out for test drive and the system/engine was acting insane with lights all over the dash. I returned the car and was questioning its integrity. I discussed problems with the dealer. who immediately had his mechanic look into it. I have them an hour to correct it. I went to lunch and returned to check the situation. My son wanted a candy bar from the machine and they opened the machine and provided him candy and soda (great customer service). I headed to the garage where they had a team of mechanics there inspecting it and ensuring that the problem was resolved. It turned out the battery was bad (11.4v) and was bulged on the sides (froze from the cold). They replaced the battery and ensured that the alternator was operating correctly (14.4v) we tested it and purchased the car. It has been an incredible car!!! I will be giving them my business the next time I am looking for a car. The 4hr drive is worth the experience and quality they provided. they shop isn't the most elegant but its perfect. They aren't phony sales with fake smiles who wear suits. They are real down to earth people who care about their products. which is more then i can say for some dealerships.

I went to many dealerships where we were approved for financing but the sales people tried to talk me into vehicles I didn't want as I was looking for something "special." I was looking for a daily driver that would hold up in winter. Most importantly I didn't want a vehicle I would see parked in every neighbor's driveway. When I found out Murray Motors had a North Face Avalanche I knew it was exactly what I had been looking for. I called Dillon all day making sure it hadn't sold and he was so nice and patient, not patronizing like the other places. I loved when I got there it was obvious this is a family business and I felt comfortable immediately. He had the Avalanche ready to test drive when we arrived. It is a pristine vehicle and they worked with us to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted and never tried to push a different vehicle. Instead they sat down with us and worked out a down payment and payments we could afford. With only 1700 of these vehicles ever made, I knew I wasn't going to have a vehicle like everyone else. Thanks to Murray Motors, Dillon and the whole family, I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. After this experience I would never go anywhere else!

My family has purchased a few cars from Murray Motors over the years. We keep coming back to them because they are friendly and work to get you a car that will be reliable, enjoyable, and in your price range. When I've gone to other dealerships, they almost always swarm in as soon as you're on the lot and will keep pushing you. Murray Motors is not like that - they're respectful, personable, and very helpful. When the time comes that I'm ready to upgrade my ride, Murray Motors will be the first place I look.

I got a great deal on a vehicle, was able to test drive it and was given a good discount. I was given a complimentary new battery and they took care of the license and registration. The vehicle was from 1999 and when I first got it needed two key twists to start. I got an oil change at Firestone and since then, the motor turns over with one key twist. I would recommend this car dealer to a friend because I got a good deal on a vehicle and was treated to good customer service!

Top notch service from the time I walked in. I didn't qualify for bank financing, so they financed me. Tom was very patient when my test drive went long while I had the vehicle inspected, and he took care of a handful of repairs. They even diagnosed and repaired a problem with the air conditioning that presented itself a couple weeks after the sale. I couldn't be more satisfied, with them, or the vehicle!

Great place to but cars. Very friendly, will help you find what your looking for and make sure the vehicle is in great working condition before it leaves their lot. I have bought 2 cars from here and they always remember my name when I walk in the door. Can't say enough great things about this place

Best place I have ever been! I was driving a car that was no longer reliable for me or my kids and the same day i stopped in I drove home in my new to me toyota. Everyone here is very helpful and friendly. Tom even offered to pick my car up from my work the following monday to change my oil and drop it back off so that I wouldnt have to miss any work. I highly recommend everybody make this their first stop while searching for a reliable and affordable car!!

As a former GM of a multi line dealership! I can say it is very rare these days to find a car lot of three generations of family still in business !! Thank you for keeping your word and honesty ! 5 star for the dealership BUT the sales man Ryan is a complete ass! he is only in it for the money. was vary rude on the phone and told me "he doesn't deal with people on his day off" he's lucky he's the only sales man that works there right now or I would of requested someone else. he did not deserve to sell a truck. he told me he couldnt change the price on my Hummer but finally the new owner made me a deal and was super nice. it didn't come with a remote unlock so the owner ordered me one for free. as the salesman, Ryan got mad because there cars are "as is" haha! what a baby. this deal would NOT of happened if it wasn't for the owner. nuff said, Ryan sucks! thank you Murray motors for the beautiful Hummer. (:
