Very poor overall experience with this bank. From the manager to the tellers I wasn’t being properly assisted, trying to explain my situation only made them less helpful. Not an environment that I want to be a part of at all. This is a people first profession, please better assist your “member” in the future.

I have had nothing but problem after problem with this bank. And by problems I mean my accounts were getting hacked(every year due to their poor security), other people's accounts were close to the numbers of mine and somehow I got charged $4,000 for cows. Yes I said cows. I have not gone a full year with out being hacked. The return interest is a joke. The people there are a joke. When I went to close out all of my accounts because I felt that keeping my money in a mattress would be safer, they didn't ask why. They did not care. This was the first bank I have ever had and the bank that I am at now has treated me with more customer service than Bank Iowa. This place had my first ever account and they have taught me when not to put up with. If I could give 0 stars you bet I would.

Went to cash a check a friend wrote me who banks here. Only would cash it if I paid a 5. Fee! Because I don't bank here......definitely does not make me want to open an account here.
