Big Lots

I was so happy to walk into a Big Lots favorite store I loved in Oregon and loved they have one in Iowa. Very clean and great selection

We spent about $1,000 at this store. We bought all kinds of knick knacks and some furniture. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. They have so many cute things as far as home decor -- aisle after aisle! Everything was very clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this location.

Love their pet supplies and other products.

I very much enjoyed my visit. Lots or great buys. Excellent selection of Halloween decor.

Today.... Was THE BEST!!!!! EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! CAME IN LOOKING FOR FURNITURE AND WALKED OUT WITH EXACTLY EVERYTHING I WANTED. JULIE HELPED ME. SHE HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME. I LOVED HER SOO MUCH. I WENT HOME WITH A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE. SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PLAQUE. SHE IS THE REAL EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOU CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I visited this store during a stay in Des Moines as I was going to see a neurologist. I saw two women really stick out in the store. They were extremely helpful and so respectful to me and my mother as we had question on prices and locations of products. They were busy cleaning and restocking items and seemed to be just such wonderful people. The store looked so much cleaner and organized then I had seen it two years previously (the last time I was in it). After returning back home I told all of my friends and family of just how these two women made my day brighter with their empathy and their passion of ethics during a time when I was feeling scared and worried due to my upcoming medical procedure. I THANK YOU SO MUCH DANIELLE AND DEBRA!! I hope to be able to come visit you again in the future!

Had a good selection, and found a few things I needed.

The assistant manager and the manager we're running the front of the store and they were a total riot. They were laughing and joking with the customers and really made you feel as though you were important during your shopping experience I should have got the name but unfortunately I didn't just know that the Big lot was really a good experience this afternoon and they always have more than what I'm really looking for so it's always a bargain thank you Big lots for being there and thank you to the people that are still coming to work so that we can have a place to come for our shopping experience. This Big lot was on Merle Hay road.

Had what I was looking for and a lot more today. Walked out with the cart full and always spent $23.

I have not been in Big Lots for quite some time and I was blown away by all the changes they have made. It is absolutely amazing. The style, variety, and as always their excellent prices. I could have spent all day in their looking. Love the changes. Definitely a huge thumbs up from me 😊😊😁😁😊😊😁😁

Nice place to shop for everyday items. The store is clean and well-managed. Lots of holiday decorating supplies, especially Halloween and Christmas. When icicle likes die, come here to get them. The hangers to put them on gutters. Nice folks staff the store.

There are certain things we like at big lots that we don't get anywhere else. We recently bought furniture there and after a bad experience at homemakers we found what we wanted almost identical to what homemakers had for a fraction of the price. The table ended up being damaged when we got home and they gladly exchanged it and were so nice and helpful. If every store had a Bridgette and Tyler they'd never have another customer complaint.

The store is looking so clean. They are getting more choices of merchandise. And the clerk's I made contact with were very friendly. They have had some rude people in the past. I like this bunch. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you Big lots.

Purchased a recliner sofa from this store. Tyler, the clerk, was extremely helpful. He thoroughly explained the warranty options, and helped me find a delivery service when I requested it. This guy's mission in life was to make sure I was squared away. :) ... All associates were prompt in asking if I needed assistance as I walked through the store looking at other items. ... The store has a slightly cluttered feel, but has a large inventory and great sales associates.

I love Big Lots for many reasons. They have fair pricing, an abundant array of categories of which to shop from, always have coupons or discounts, and they're a BIG store!! I really like the customer service as well!!

Hadn't been to this store since it 1st opened. Tonight I was Blessed to be checked out by Ms
