We have been using Iowa PC Services exclusively for business and personal computers since 2006. They have always been excellent at handling all computer related issues. In fact, after having Iowa PC Services set up our computers properly many years ago, our PC related issues dropped to nearly none. Even living in northern Minnesota, they help us remotely when needed, as their service is still incredible!

This is the place to go to get advice and expertise for networking! Dan went above and beyond to assess our current network, then wrote up a detailed plan and quote. He answered all my questions, backed up by research so his recommendations were grounded and factual. I can't wait until the installation!

Iowa PC Services is an excellent option for PC service. They are quick to respond when you need help. They can come to your home to address your problems, or set up new equipment. They have a great option to do a regular check for malware. They are always responsive when I need them, otherwise they are not constantly in my inbox or texting with marketing. I really appreciate Iowa PC Services.

One of the best customer services, I've ever had! I called late in the afternoon, about my old laptop not working properly. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant, kind and helpful. I didn't feel rushed, she genuinely listened to what I had to say. At 9am next morning on the dot, my appointment time, the technician called. He too was professional and friendly and had fixed the issue in no time at all. It's nice to be treated as a person and not just a $$$ sign. Thank you so much for your great work and for being good humans. I highly recommend, this company.

From the call I made to schedule a diagnostic for my 8-year-old system, through the buying of a new laptop and work with Jared - great responsiveness, expertise and truly made it so much easier and more affordable than I had imagined. I love Iowa PC Services! My Tech Dan Bailey has helped me with my company's laptops each year. I use to have constant problems, (Because im a tech idiot), but Dan has set things up so easy I can understand! At first, i was constantly needing his help, now i rarley call. When I do, he is able to fix things remotely. I just give him permision to access my mouse remotley, and i sit and watch the arrow dance around the screen, fixing settings from afar!
