It's a little strange location, but it's the parking lot in the picture. Just pull in and after a moment they came and got my name and shortly after brought out my food. The spicy miso was amazing, good amount of spice but not overpowering, the broth was amazing as well was the rest of it, and it was a good portion as well.

The best (and most authentic) ramen I’ve had in Iowa, it’s so good and comforting. If you ever see a pop up, just order it. Do it.

The best ramen in Des Moines for sure. You can tell that they care about their food quality from the broth, the pork to the egg, everything is just amazing.

The food is great, for the next event however I would suggest doing reserved time slots. I think this would help with the line and things like that.
