We’re from Sioux Falls, South Dakota and drove all the way to Des Moines to get the car my little brother wanted. We had the pleasure of having Carlos assisting us throughout the whole experience! They answered all the questions we had and made sure they didn’t pressure us into anything. Great dealership with some wonderful people there!

Awesome team of people here who were all very helpful! I was very nervous purchasing my first car, especially used but that was my budget. They helped me get my hands on exactly what I wanted. The car was in great condition: smelled and looked clean upon pickup. I came from MN to get the vehicle and they were understanding about my availability and were willing to work with me. Good experience overall, 10/10 recommend!

Carlos was great! Was willing to work with me through issues like me having to reschedule several times due to the drive, work issues, etc. He was very patient and human and helped me through every step of the process. Definitely will be coming back when it’s time to trade in!

Got the itch on a very windy Sunday, Looked around and had my eye on 4 vehicles on McKees lot. I did my homework and they reached out to me for a safe appointment Monday afternoon. I went there without my checkbook and usually have to think on a trade and a new purchase but we shot a few numbers around on the car I wanted. Before you know they accepted my offer and Keith transferred all my personal belongings from my vehicle to my new ride. The finance manager was fast and accurate!! Everyone was great to deal with!! Keith Lucas was who I worked with. He was very nice and easy to talk to. Keith was straight forward and honest during our conversations and seemed very knowledgeable with everything he talked about. He was able to show me exactly what I was looking for after just a short conversation without pushing a higher sale or "talking me up" on prices, costs, or anything else. Would definitely recommend! Carlos talked with me inside the dealership for a short while, as well and was equally hospitable, nice, and easy to talk to.

I went into McKee auto looking for a car not really expecting to find one. I had been looking for a few days but I wasn’t finding anything that I thought would be beneficial other places wanted to sell me older cars with high mileage. Carlos was so helpful and very honest. He explained everything from start to finish he was honest about cost and made me feel comfortable with what I was buying. He showed me all my options and never did I feel pressured to buy something.
