Clean Laundry

Very clean. All washers and dryers have clear instructions with multiple load capacities. These are most efficient for very large loads, such as bedding, pillows, and work clothing. Machines appear to be newer and well-maintained. An employee is present, and she appears pleasant as she helps someone with a dryer problem. It was not busy in the middle of the day on a Thursday. This was my first visit, and I plan to return with bedding and pillows. Strongly recommend.

Clean machines. Clean location. Fairly priced. Good parking. Helpful staff.
In my opinion, 5 Star ratings are difficult to achieve but this a good visit overall.

This is a Wonderfully Modern Laundry!!! Okay, it's NEW. New machines(and carts too) throughout, did I mention, a new TV to keep laundry blues at Bay. These washers have faster speeds to spin out clothes, this saves drying time. Then, there is a fast WiFi!!! For free, use YouTube, or use your favorite Streaming subscription. I'm sold, I use tokens here, I get up to $2 of free tokens in the token machines. Come with $10 or $20 bill for value buy of tokens. Small issue was password is really needs to be lowercase to work, but SHOWS as UPPERCASE on sign. Not a problem for me. No cash, no problem, use their app !!! They have paper towels, to use after handling wet laundry. Temporary benefit is Super-Wash($1.00) value for free, during COVID-19. Come save money, and get value too. I looked over this review, and realize the owner had wrote it. Nope, just a guy who appreciates, what the owner has offered. I feel like others would appreciate service here as well, and value. A bite to eat is available two doors down. Mmmm good!!!

Really love this laundromat. Love the app feature- no need for all those extra quarters! This is my third week in a row coming here. Great machines. Very clean. The sweet employee here on Sunday mornings is constantly cleaning, working hard and is so polite! That’s a sign of a great laundromat, to me. I drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way because it’s worth it! :)

This is legitimately THE CLEANEST laundromat I have EVER been to and I've lived all over the country. The Area manager and her right hand chick who helps her run the place are so full of refreshing and genuine energy that I won't go anywhere else. Ever. The massive capacity washer and dryers are affordable and clean. I did 6 big loads today (friday) for less than 10 bucks! And it took less than an hour. They will even come to my house and pick my laundry up and will bring them back the next day if i don't feel like going myself. OH AND MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS ARE FREE DRYERS!

Usually clean, my issue is that I find it insane that they lock the bathroom doors even though there are people here and the laundry is still open.

Update-- I wanted to update my review. Since I still go regularly. It is always clean, and there's no issues with the machines, maybe once that I started to use a dryer that ended up not working, but it had a sign on it I just didn't see first, and they seem to always be working well the next time I go in.
I will consistently come back to this location over others.

Best and cleanest laundry mat in Des Moines by far! Very well kept,large machines,well stocked vending machines. They also have drop off service with an app on your phone so you can monitor the progress. This place is laundry mats of the future and they thought of it all! ! Great staff! And best part mon-Fri dryers are FREE! Amazing place!

Very clean! Options for small medium and large size loads. Air conditioned. No waiting- plenty of washers and dryers.option to pay with credit cards, pay with app.

We come in every week sometimes twice. We probably spend anywhere from $50-$60 a week. If not more. The customer service is always been great. The location has always been clean. We have a foster and adoptive license so we have a very huge family of 13. So coming to the laundromat and being able to utilize all the machines has been a great blessing for us. I love the fact that there’s a broom and dust pan here so that when I do come in and if it’s not clean I can take the opportunity to clean. We are very blessed to have the opportunity we have. And with regards to the broom and dust pan I love the fact that they’re also here because if we’re going to receive free drying on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays I believe that as customer should be willing to keep the location clean as well.

Came here today to do laundry I like how you have different sizes for laundry definitely saves me time and energy and money.

This is the my favorite place to do laundry, it is always so clean and the staff are all friendly. The manager is always so helpful. The prices are very reasonable and the vending machines are filled with a variety of snacks and drinks. The location is fantastic too, you can grab a bite to eat or get your haircut while you wait if you want!!

It's a clean facility and easy to use whether you exchange money for tokens or if you use the mobile/app function! The staff members were super nice and helpful when I had a question. Thank yoi and keep up the great work!

Very nice clean laundromat. My only suggestion is to play the overhead music a little louder! They used to, & it would help me stay upbeat & pass the time while waiting for my laundry to be done.

I'm out from NY on a trip and needed a good spot for the clothes. Found one!!

New, clean, lots of sizes of washers/dryers. Dorothy the manager goes out her way to be friendly and helpful.

place is very friendly with wonderful staff, always neat and clean. great energy in the place, always answering questions when needed. great place to get the laundry done and relax

I came in to do my laundry this morning and there was an issue with the app because of damage from a break in. When my card didn't run (due to the thief trying to get money from the machine) the manager, Dorothy made sure that I was able to get my laundry going. I also love the fact that on Tues-Thurs, the dryers are free from seven to seven. The customer service is fantastic and the laundry mat is always clean. I am a return customer for a reason.

Bad, bad, bad...Came here straight after working night shift. I have always used my credit card to get tokens. Put laundry in, soap, use up the tokens I already have......credit card machine is down. Really???Something this fundamental, should be posted on the front door so u see it BEFORE loading your clothing and soap into a machine. Place doesn't have enough seating and is usually dirty even at 0830 in the morning. And Dex pay is a scam, already has that you want the XTRA wash and charges you extra unless u pay close attention and switch it off. There are better, cleaner places in the neighborhood.

It's very nice place and very clean

One of the coin dispensers didn’t give me my $5 in coins. I called the number listed on the poster and talked to Dee-the regional manager. She was great in handling the issue. She offered to give me $10 for my $5 due to inconvenience and then offered to remote start one of the machines I wanted to use. In the end, I ended up with a $12 washing machine. Can’t say enough about their customer service!! I’ll definitely be back!!
