I would give this parking ramp a zero… however the whole complex is a parking mess. I arrived at Laural 40 minutes before my appointment time. Tried to find a space to park by going through ramp 2 times. Went toward the west ramp to find it closed. Ended in the Hospital parking near University Ave! By the time I walked back to the dr park and made it to the Endocrinologist I was a minute late!
Thankfully I can walk what about the patients that cannot!
Parking was atrocious
