I spoke with Krissi today as I was switching my car insurance as I got a new vehicle. She was so helpful and nice we really had a great conversation. She got my new insurance all figured out for me. I had also spoken to her the other day about a broken windshield on my old car. And she was very helpful then to giving me a couple of places to call. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I myself have been a State Farm customer ever since the day I was licensed to be behind the wheel. Prior to me being able to drive my parents drove covered under State Farm, so we all together have been State Farm Customers with Tim Forbes State Farm in Altoona, Iowa for well over 40 years. In all of the time that we have been clients, we have never once had a single issue with our vehicles problems or accidents being fully handled by the company and the amazing people that work there. Every time I call, no matter who picks up the phone it’s always a pleasure speaking with them. They always care about what’s going on not just with your car, but also you and how your family is. She clearly explained the issue at hand & was professionally patient in working with Tech Support. Problem was solved. Not only did she work diligently for our satisfaction, but also for the best interest of State Farm. Denise is great! She helped me quickly fix an issue with my renter's insurance policy when my landlord thought I did not have coverage on my apartment. She corrected the policy and then got me the updated certificate sent to me via email within an hour.

The State Farm Agency in Altoona is great. Tim Forbes and all of his office staff are phenomenal to work with regardless of the issue. I've had an auto loss claim, house claim from hail, and an auto accident that needed subrogation. Rhonda and Krissi took care of everything and it made the process pretty much stress free on my end. Krissi Fels has done an outstanding job reviewing our insurance policies and giving us recommendations on what to change. She is great at giving all the information in a way we can understand, and never pressures us to make any adjustments, unless we see the need. She even told us about a program to save money on our car insurance, that our previous agent never once mentioned. She has truly made the process of switching agents easy and we wish we had done it sooner!
