Merle Hay Mall

Loved it. The store is really clean and organized. I was able to find everything easily and check out quickly. The employees were really kind and helpful. We asked about a scooter, as I just had back surgery, and the woman actually went and got me one and came back quickly, then wished us a Merry Christmas. The cashier was really nice and friendly as well, she chatted with us and wished us a good night.

I’ve been going to this mall since I was born and while slots changed I can still say it’s one of my favorite places. I’ve also been working at various stores in the mall for roughly 5 years and loved all my jobs.

The free comicons they have here in the March, October, and December are absolutely lit. If you like collectibles, comics, art, toys, cosplay, this is the best FREE Comicon in IA.

Merle Hay Mall has down so much to provide the community with a decent mall experience. Anchor stores are Kohls and Target but the constant remodeling and keeping up really goes a long ways.

Stoped for shoes was pleased that the Nall entrance from the show store was open again. Went to stop at another store close by but not open? Oh well.

I like this spot mainly because of the in hall vendors. Thank you to the angel that helped me with my beautiful crystal.

Very sad, Merle Hay Nall used to be a great place to go shopping, eat, and meet friends. The stores that are left are good stores, but there are lots of unoccupied stores.

This mall rocks and gettin better..the buccaneers will soon hane they rink at north end..yes that whole area is to be developed!

Great place! Love Spirit Halloween and the theatre. Shag is a great store, too. Can't wait until next year when Spirit returns!

Very nice on the inside. They're still working on the outside so it should be a much better looking place when they get done. I hope this mall thrives it would be bad to see another one go down. It's really a nice place to go shopping.

Attended a weekend show set up in the mall. The mall was very clean and loaded with great shops. Can’t wait for the next one!

Oldest mall in Iowa! If you're a music fan, there are 3 record stores, what's not to love!

This place had a lot of entertainment options. We were looking for something specific so we didn't participate, but...laser tag (super cheap!), A place where you just pay to break things with sledge hammers (haha), they have a kids empire, a full arcade, a VR game room, a small "park" area to let the kids burn some energy while you gather yourself, ice cream, riding machines in the middle, stores that are pretty unique and more.
