Megan did a great job of tracking down the phones we had requested, making sure the 2 showing in inventory were physically in stock.
Phone setup and transfer was seamless, and she was very thorough to make sure we had all the things we needed prior to leaving the store.

I had a wonderful experience at US Cellular with Mikala. She was super kind, helpful and supportive. She gave me the best deals and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and helped me to ensure protection on my devices. Incredible service!

There was difficulty transferring the info from my old phone to the new one. I stopped in the US Cellular store and Selene Garcia assisted me. She also had some challenges, but was very kind and patient to complete the process. The store was scheduled to close at 7pm, but she stayed late until we were able to complete everything. She provided top notch service!!!
