I was told by two people they were going to fix three things on my car and they only fix one. I called several times and no response.

Bought a used car from Mark. The very next day I found out the lighter/charger port in the console didn't work. Called Mark, said he'd have the service manager call me back. No call from the service manager. Called Mark again the next week to let him know a weather seal from the rear door fell off. He said they wouldn't fix it because it's cosmetic. Cosmetic or not, YOU FIX IT because that is what good customer service is. Now if it was six months later, no problem, it's on me. But this was within the first week of buying a car from you. They never got back to me about the port.

Stopped this afternoon ready to look at a couple vehicles. Salesman was busy with multiple customers. After asking the sales manager if someone could help us, it was apparent they didn't want our business.

My vehicle was sent here from a different location that scratched my door but was happy to take care of it. This location delivers subpar quality on their paintwork and is dishonest. They accidentally starting buffing the wrong side of the vehicle (didn’t even clean the vehicle before buffing, you could tell since the car was coated in dust beforehand, and was still dirty after getting it back, except where they touched) and they left VERY noticeable buffer trails everywhere and lied saying that they didn’t touch it. They repainted a door on the other side which is black with no speckles yet you can see speckles of every color of the rainbow in the paint with a flashlight now, it has noticeably more eggshell texture than the rest of the car, and has overspray dots on the c pillar. This place gives the other Bob Brown’s a bad name.

My wife and I show up and speak with salesman and test drive a vehicle that was listed at 14,450.00. We speak with the sales rep that evening and ask for numbers on the car as we would be very interested. He says his sales manager is gone for the night he'd have it in the morning. Next morning I call to inquire status of pricing. They raised the price of the car 15,358.00 overnight. We show interest and then they raise the price by almost a grand after I asked for pricing that night? Completely shady and a form of bait and hook. Won't ever look at any Bob Brown dealers again. This really was unbelievable.
