This review is long overdue, I got my Mini Cooper Countryman from here and John sold me the car. John was so friendly and knowledgeable, it was great talking to him, he was quick to respond to all my emails and questions. I hope if you buy a car you buy from John! My experience was great! Update: traded in the vehicle I originally purchased for a car for better gas mileage. Yet again John went above and beyond expectations to do what he could for me. My sales man was Scott. He is a very nice person to begin with. He let me to test the car as much as I want. The car he showed is in a pretty good shape and I enjoy driving my new car. He walked me through all the steps patiently and diligently. I had a good deal with Autoplex company.

The salesperson I dealt with was Scott. He was very friendly, helpful, and patient during the entire vehicle buying process (I had my 1 year old child with me). The vehicle I purchased was already $3000 under retail value and I received a fair price for my trade in. They also offer a great warranty service contract you can purchase through ASC which has no deductible to use. Overall it was a easy vehicle buying experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Scott worked very hard(EVEN on his day off) and helped my husband and I get the truck that we had our mind set on. It was a tough road dealing with different loan companies but Scott didn't give up, and he ended up getting us an even better loan rate than our own bank we went through for our house! I worked with Scott to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He worked very hard to get me the payments I was looking for and gave me a great price for my trade in! I could tell he really wanted to do what was best for me and not what would make him the most money. While test driving the vehicle the tire pressure light came on and they replaced the sensor before letting us leave with it. We noticed some water leaking from the sunroof amd They checked out the lines and the seal and got the problem solved before we signed the paperwork. I would definitely recommend working with the guys here to buy a car.

John was our salesman. I will say that I wish all car sales people were like John. No high-pressure hassle, no cheesy antics. He was very helpful, down-to-Earth, quick, and no-nonsense with the sale from the test drive, to the quick financing, to the keys in our hand. We weren't really even aware of this place until my wife found a really sharp looking Mitsubishi Eclipse online with low miles, and it led us to this place. Bought my first car in over 10 years from Autoplex because of everything good that other reviews have said. John and Scott were friendly but not in a fake car salesman kinda way, and there was absolutely no pressure of selling. I think it's because their lot us full of quality cars. I got my 2012 Scion XD for well below the kbb value. I would recommend you to check them out before making any decisions from another place.
