I've been going to this clinic for 20+ years and trust all the physicians and medical staff completely. I do feel the front staff tend to be hampered with systems issues or are under staffed that often interfere with a smooth check-in process. The unfortunate cut in daily operating hours has REALLY been a frustrating!! It just shows how much the clinic has become a business instead of a place of healing. SAD!!!!!!

Very slow returning pharmacy request for refill every month seems I have to call them three days after Iam out and the pharmacy has requested the refill three different times and ask them to please send refill to pharmacy....never an apology, I tell ya gang just an "I am sorry for the delay hope you didn't have a seizure due to being without medication for three days" would go a long way with me....wow!

Right when I walked in I was ignored by the staff at the front desk, waited over 5 minutes standing there before someone acknowledged me, and then they helped someone that had walked in after me before me. The nurse who works under Koby Anderson called me back and didn't smile, didn't introduce herself, rushed me through the taking of my vitals and such and then left. The only good part of my experience was my interaction and conversation with Koby Anderson the PA. She was thorough and seemed to really care. Otherwise I am not sure I will come back because customer (patient) service to me is everything.

I was suffering from a deep depression and stomach issues when I came in. I was crying and miserable. I was supposed to see Dr. Bauman, instead, I ended up seeing a physical assistant named Alexis. As I spewed out my issues to her she responded like a robot with no hint of empathy in her voice. She also seemed offended about something as the conversation went on and was generally very short with me.
She decided I should have blood work done and I asked her if we could do blood work to check my testosterone levels. She did not want to do that for me. Isn't this against the Hippocratic oath? She also told me it would cost extra.
Why am I paying full price for a doctor when I ended up seeing a physical assistant? Why would she deny me health care such as a simple testosterone blood level check? Why is someone who must not be trained to deal with depressive individuals treating them and why was she so rude? I'll take my business elsewhere and to anyone reading this I encourage you too also.

This place is a joke, they try to jack up my dot physical from 165.00 - 240.00. I got in a heated argument with the receptionist, then this dr. alarcon refuses to give me a medical card, says my blood pressure is too high. Maybe the price hike & the receptionist might have something to do with that. I have never been refused & medical card for any reason. This place is a huge joke, I will be calling & reporting them !!!!!!!!

What a joke, came here at 4:54 pm with a person needing stitches and they were closed up and leaving. Didn't even ask what was wrong to assess the level of potential emergency. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real medical facility.

Watch out the are a business and looking for a quick buck, don't be afraid to question them as to the charges and why they want you to come back all the time for something that you can determine at home with out a MD behind your name.
