Terry and her team are great. I used to work for a SF agent here and when I moved back to Des Moines after 25 years away, I was torn about who to have as our agent--one I already knew, or the one in our neighborhood. We were in temp living for a few months near Des Moines so we had renters with a nearby agent until we moved to Des Moines. I decided I wanted to stay with my motto "keep it local" so we bought our new house and made a leap of faith to Terry. We got our homeowners with her and transferred everything else to her, too. I'm so glad I made that decision. She made the transition smooth--she and her team get an A+ for communication and customer service. She kept tabs on us through the whole derecho fiasco to make sure we didn't need help with anything. What a great welcome back home she has been.
