MercyOne Des Moines Midwives

I had my two babies with Mercy Midwives and they were all very caring and gentle humans. Delivery was peaceful because it was only my midwife, my husband and a nurse. Compared to a birth with an OBGYN the room is full off people. If you want a stress free delivery I highly recommend mercy Midwives.

Pam Jach is wonderful, especially when we were going through a very difficult time with having our stillborn baby. She sat with us in the hospital for well over an hour after the birth, just sitting and listening and prepping us on the whole process.
I had good experiences with the other midwives I met, just not as exceptionally awesome - personality differences, etc. They all showed care and answered all my questions throughout a previous miscarriage and walked me through the whole process well.
I will be returning there for any future pregnancies

They are amazing. I love that they take as much time with me as I need and never make me feel rushed. My postpartum experience was different with my 5th baby and I had blood pressure issues. They’ve been so supportive and let me talk about all thats going on at home. I highly recommend them!

Lauren did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. She listened and answered all my questions! I just went for my check up here but know when I am ready to have children where I’ll be going :)
