Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered online and ate outside when we picked it up. They were so busy but the staff was on point! These people need to be paid more! The work was literally non-stop the moment we arrived. Whoever owns this location should be proud and hire more help. Food was delicious and made just the way we requested! I am impressed, to be honest! I DO NOT DO FAST FOOD! But, I would come back here!

This store is very busy. I am so impressed by the completely young employees running this place and making it happen ! Great job !

I have dreams about this Chipotle. We drove to Iowa from Florida to visit family. We have eaten at Chipotle’s all over the country due to safety for our food allergies (nuts). We eat it frequently at home as well.

This Chipotle is the best ever. We came through DSM about 4:00 on a Sunday. Our meals were the freshest we have had in a LONG time. There was perfect proportions and piling on my bowl. We order online to make it quicker for our drive. Chips were perfect crunch. They had fruit and chocolate milk for my daughter (our local one never does). Whatever team was working on July 30 needs to train all other locations!!

We put our order in about a hour before close and id like to commend the employees working. My order was one of six to come in on top of them having lack of inventory which I can only imagine to be a additional nightmare of its own. They talked and worked over any details of the order needing covered and still showed a kind and caring attitude after what I can only imagine to be a rough day. All this and they still made me some of the best chipotle I've ever had, and I will definitely make sure to return in the future! :)

I ordered my meal through the application on my android device. The order was not only done on time, but was one hundred percent accurate. I got the barbacoa burrito, I have had better and spicier barbacoa, but overall it was still good. I wish they would bring back the chorizo permanently, it is by far the best meat option they have ever offered. The burritos could be better wrapped, I usually have to undo the burrito and re wrap it myself to prevent it from falling apart

Best chipotle in DSM!! The people who work here are so kind and the food is so good!

Idk what they do differently at this location but the food is always just so much better than other chipotles in the area!

Whether I order online or go in person the food has always been fantastic! I love this Chipotle

I love place SO MUCH!! However, last week I found a fetus/bird looking creature in my stool (Im male btw) and I got really worried. I spoke with my doctor about it and he said to show him and I did, he then proceeded to call the FBI and I was taken in for scientific experiments. They did extensive research and told to go home without ever mentioning anything. Overall really good burrito

Chipotle on Merle Hay Road has excellent customer service and never disappoints.
Whether it is dine in or carry out, the food is always hot and delicious and in generous portions.

My mom and I always go to this Chipotle; it is the best Chipotle we have been to. Tonight, when it was really busy, there was an extremely rude and pushy customer trying to cut the line and get her food for free. The staff handled it so well they should all get a raise. Service and food here are always great, but today they were exceptional.

Overall great food. Ordered a salad and didn't get a lot of lettuce, but was delicious.

Ordered a salad with chicken and steak fajita veggies, corn, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and pico if course it was very good they give you plenty of food for about ten bucks. It was national avocado day so I got that free. I tried to order online because the online ad said free guacamole only online orders but the website was so busy it wasn't working they gave it to people anyway which is good and the manager was nice and accommodating. Will come again for sure.

I have never been here after 8 pm, but I have to say, we had the best service yet. Generous portions, friendly staff, it was very clean inside and the back area as far as we can see. Employees didnt get annoyed with asking for sides like at other times or at other locations. We had a family of 5, 1 being a 1 yr old. They even brought over the high chair, which was really nice.

Great Chipotle as always! Plenty of options and delicious food. When I visited, the place was completely packed but we were served in a timely manner. The portion sizes were excellent and a great value!

It is great that they have a special for teachers on May 7. They had a large line thanks to the special but they got through customers quickly. The steak burrito was very tasty and they have vegan and vegetarian options as well.

Amazing service. Looked like the employees care about their newbies too, was really wholesome to watch.

Chipotle is always great. I ordered chicken soft tacos which are always a good option. The bathroom facilities were extremely clean for dinner rush. There is an outdoor patio which is nicely placed in the shade. It's chipotle; either you love it or don't, but either way, there is a Target store next door in case "chipoltaway" is needed.

I still like my burrito from the other guys, but these aren't bad. If I couldn't get the other in an area, I would go to these guys.

Chipotle always leaves me full and content. I've never had a bad experience any Chipotle restaurant I've been to and this one is no different. I got the steak burrito bowl.super scrumptious with corn.
