Dairy Queen

We always have a positive experience here. The staff are nice and helpful and the kids always enjoy it. Ice cream is top notch, of course, fries not as much but kind of what I expect at fast food. Kids enjoyed and that's what matters.

Went in for the free ice cream cone today. Only five minutes after I got there about 30 people showed up for their free ice cream. They rocked it out without any complaints. Good job for these guys here.

No line ,very clean establishment, food served in a timely fashion..keep up the hard work Dairy Queen..blizzards tasted amazing tonight .

The $7 deals are hard to beat. Chicken strips with gravy, fries, medium sized drink and a hot fudge sundae for $7 is a great deal. It seems like when you go to other fast food restaurants the only ways you can get out of there for less than $10 is if you don't get a meal, you have to have some special app or bring coupons.
Then at Dairy Queen, or at least this Dairy Queen, they bringing your food out to you when it's ready if you sit in the dining room. The only time you have to get up is to refill your own drink or have them get your ice cream made up after you have eaten your meal.
I guess the only thing that was a little weird is that they're a little possessive of their ketchup. They bring it to your table and when they clean up they take it back behind the counter. It seems to me this would be unsanitary as it is likely that more than one group has now had the same set of ketchup packets in front of them. Perhaps they sanitize them, but I kind of doubt it. I suppose having a ketchup bottle at the table really isn't any different so I suppose there's not much of a difference from a cleanliness in the standpoint.

Took a group of 35 students for a late dinner and the staff was very accommodating. Carol, Americus, and Joseph were so nice and helpful with all of the orders. The food was hot and ready quickly!

Wow this is the best buttered toast iv ever had at any dq ever.

Their ice cream cakes are to die for! For real! Their chessebergers are 🔥 too. Please eat at this location on 35thand Broadway if you are local.. 1 to 10 it's an 8.! Good stuff. They're drive through needs some attention because it gets too crowded and takes forever.. it's not cool when you want food from there and you have to wait 30 min to get food. But the taste is for real. They worth the wait though For sure! Try them out! Giving them an 8 is a good number for me.. but please eat in the council bluffs locations I've been to them all and they are probably the best fast food restaurant I eat at..

super fast, and happy staff. Approximately 6 to seven vehicles in front of me so expecting a long wait. I was very wrong. All cars moved along very quickly and a few received several items from what I could see. Order was taken quickly, and when we arrived to the window, we were greeted with a friendly hello and given our order. Well done staff

Other than the table being nasty, food and service was great.

Always friendly, greeted upon entry. Fast service. Hot food and fries.

First time getting a meal with ice cream instead of just ice cream.
Had a $5 meal and got a holiday blizzard to go with for $1.
Quality of the food is impressive and I'll be back... shoving McD's to way back on the burner!!!

When I mentioned to the cashier that they were the only store in CB that would accept my gift card (because the other two are privately owned--I know because I'd already tried the gift card at those two places), she apologized for the trouble I'd had at the other stores and gave me a small discount for the trouble. She was friendly and made small talk with me while I waited for my fries. The next time I want DQ, this is the first and only store I will visit.

Can you do a custom Fortnite ice cream cake by September 15th? I love dairy Queen. Best ice cream in our city!! They also have a large menu of food cooked fresh to order. I am and will continue to be a good customer and I frequent here monthly. Repeat customer.

Very nice meal for $6. Much fresher and tastier than McD's or Burger King. Food was very warm. Can't get that quality at the other two for any price.

Food is always good, workers very friendly and helpful, kid friendly, clean environment. Even when busy fairly fast. I think dairy queen in council bluffs is the bomb

I like that they actually have the DQ treats that are advertised along with the old favorites. I recommend coming to this DQ. The DQ on west Broadway don't have any of the advertised treats. It's worth the drive😁
