I, as I am sure many other people that truly have a condition that causes chronic pain, had seen my share of doctors. From my primary care to the pain clinic, to sports medicine. All providing different courses of treatment, injections, and therapies that never worked or managed the pain long term. When I was referred to see LouAnn Hart I was of course skeptically as I had seen so many people who were supposed to be "great" and turned out to be nothing more than another bill with short term if any relief!

It is with pleasure I can say LouAnn has changed my life. She has been the first provider to actually manage my day-to-day pain at a level that I can actually tolerate doing housework, driving for longer than 15 min at a time without needing to shift positions, and most importantly being able to get down and play with my kids! I am 30 years old and suffer with chronic lower back issues following a car accident at 19. I have a diagnosis, have seen a neurosurgeon that has recommended a specific surgery for me due to several reasons most importantly giving me back a life without needing to be on pain medicine to function. Surgery was planned and once again a huge let down when Insurance denied the surgery. They claim it is investigational. Went through the appeals process with no change and am stuck with managing my pain until they decide to either cover my surgery or I win the lottery to pay for it.

Without LouAnn, I really do not know how I would be functioning. I went from having 3-5 spasms that would last days, sometimes weeks to having minimal spasms each month that I am able to stop with medicine and warm baths. I do have to drive 3 hours to her office and 3 hours back home every month to see her each month, however, the difference she has made in my life is worth the trip!

Thank you Emily, Ashley, Jen (behind the scenes) and LouAnn for having such a well run establishment and being available whenever I need anything from you. You all (including Huey) make your practice one of a kind!

After 10-12 years of deterioration in my spine and a steady loss of quality of life it’s a blessing to have been referred to Partners in Health.

You Mrs. Hart has taken great care in my history of chronic pain and continues to pursue a level of pain relief that will help me enjoy my family and work. I would highly recommend giving her offices a call.

LouAnn Hart has been a life saver for me. She listened to my concerns on our very first visit and has continued to listen each visit. She has assisted me with making attempts to reduce or stop my pain meds and remained helpful when that failed. She is a spectacular pain specialist.

Great staff

Staff do not wear masks...no restroom except for testing.

Avoid this crooked practice at all costs! The provider is a crook and will try to double charge you and your insurance any chance she gets. Do research and you will see she has police and court records of FRAUD. She will drag you into fights with your pharmacy because she over prescribes.

This place is terrible. Sorry excuse for healthcare at any level. Typical response to her once a day treatment that doesn't work is where would you be without what I'm giving you even if it doesn't work. Don't worry the receptionist will call you right back to give you the highest medical advice...,(take some Tylenol). Biggest mistake I've made in pain management.
