I love your selection, my sons do too. Your only down fall is space! It is hard to move around in any store I had been into even in the past! But the setup, decor arrangements and staff always fit very well with the theme it brings. Your staff always assists customers and lets them look around without consistently asking how they can help. I feel that makes a good business thrive on repeated business.

Its been two years and well past time for an update! Still loving you selections and prices! I love that you dialed back the music, bc now I can actual talk to staff with out having to feel like I am yelling. I love your store and location. Your staff is accommodating and helpful. For the last four years, Hot Topic has been *the place* to get gifts for my teenage daughter. The prices are absolutely fair, and bargains abound. Plus the staff at the Merle Hay Mall store are really friendly and do their jobs well!

Staff is always willing to answer any and all questions, they go above and beyond to make sure that your visit is going smoothly (every time it seems, no matter who's working, they're all a good bunch).

The cashier that was working had purple & black hair, was very friendly, & was very understanding, kind and helpful to me & my kids as they looked around the store to see what they wanted to get!!!
We got there close to closing and she still didn't mind us taking time to look around to see what we wanted!!!
I'm single mother with 6 kids (16,13,6,4,2,5mos) & my sister(19) with me that night & all of the help was greatly appreciated!
She made our night cuz we had been having a rough day & she made it well worth the trip, we had been driving a lot that day & the kids were all full of energy!
The cashier even caught that some of the stuff hadn't rung up correctly & rerung it so that we received the correct discounts & prices for everything!
It was our best experience at Hot Topic that my kids & I have ever had!!!
Hot Topic needs more people like her working for them!!!
The entire experience had us talking about how awesome the cashier/saleswoman was the whole way home (which happens to be a 4 hour trip)!
When we got home we all agreed it woukd definitely be worth the drive to get to shop there again in the hopes that she is working!!!

Lots of various items here to look around This was a great spot for my teenage child to look at what they saw as trends. They found several items while we shopped here and I found this to be great time spent.

They have a lot of Pop characters. The Anime section is a bit small but there're Anime Pops that are exclusive to Hot Topic.

This is a great place to get t-shirts of your favorite bands/Music Artists and there is a great size selection🎶🎶 🎶 the price is a little much but it's worth it.
