Wells Fargo ATM

The ATM is by Dairy Queen. There’s lots of space and parking.

Nice little spot for a Wells Fargo ATM. Once I found it, it was quick and easy to use. I find Wells Fargo's new ATM interface much better than most ATM interfaces.

It does exist. It's in the parking lot beside the Dairy Queen.

I've used this ATM before, it works as intended, but the placement in the parking area makes for some uncomfortable situations for other drivers as I pass it several times a week and nver know if the users of this location are paying mind on through traffic. Also, there's no queuing lane for this spot so cars kind of awkwardly swing around the through lane. Not well thought out.

Thank you Cobalt Credit Union!!! You are the best. Wells Fargo went out of thjeir way to makje sure I had a horriblee, intolerable time with them.
talYou helped me out when Wells Fargo screwed up my account. You took what was a bad situation for me (all caused by Wells Fargo) and made it right.

I know you didn't have to do that. I would think a large banking establishment such as Wells Fargo would have been more than happy to fix their error (even after finally admitting they were the ones in the wrong), but no the little guy (Cobalt) made everything right for me.

People, if you are looking for a great financial institution to do business with, pick Cobalt Credit Union. They may not be large but they do have integrity, honesty and do go above and beyond for their customers. I'm so proud of them. Again, thank you to the awesome customer support person (don't know if I'm allowed to say her name without getting in trouble for saying it - so I'll just say Megan) I always chat with her, the managers, vice presidents, bankers and so on. You all give 110% and you took what was looking like a drastic, overwhelming situation for me and made it right. You fixed Wells Fargo's mistake and didn't have to. They should be thanking you!!! Thank you again, I'm indebted to you.

Talked to two different representatives. The first one simply stopped talking and obviously the call didn't go anywhere so I had to call them a second time. The second one was incredibly unhelpful. I couldn't get anywhere with the website or the representatives. I will never in my life do anything through this company ever again. Worst service ever.
