Red Lobster

Sitting here enjoying our 62nd Anniversary. Adam has been a delight! Lobster was great and so was the Endless shrimp along with the biscuits! Topped that all off with a. Brownie Overboard. Service was excellent! It is a joy to see and hear a person thoroughly enjoy what they are doing while serving others! Congratulations Council Bluffs Red Lobster!!!

Service was good. Food was not. Got shrimp linguini and the shrimp had tails still on it. Had to burn fingers almost to take tails off since covered in Alfredo sauce.. Then peices of tail were in the noodles and sauce.

It’s been awhile since I have been out to a red lobster. Having Diamond as our server was an added bonus. She was cheerful pleasant and very knowledgeable about the menu. She made very good deep sea lobsteritas. Awesome experience. You are lucky to have such a person on your team.

Love the new drinks! We were sat right away! Our server Emily was polite. She explained the menu and options very well. The food was so good! I ate till I was stuffed! Highly recommended the Deep Sea Lobsterita! We will definitely be coming back!

Our waitress Emily was a blast! She's got a great personality and knows how to keep things fun! Food was on point as well! Will travel over the bridge from Bellevue just to be served by her!

Have not eaten at this Red lobster in a long time. Decided to give it a try. Front door windows were clean, says alot about a restaurant. decorated cute for Valentines Day. Hope did a wonderful job with recommendations and great service. Food was good, will definitely go back. debbie

Love this restaurant! They have the best staff, they are always really nice! The food is great. And they are pretty fast.

All of the food was very delicious. Very good artichoke dip. Very good snow crab legs. Very good bacon mac and cheese.

Great service. Quickly seated. We had a few house biscuits and our main course was ready in no time. 5 stars

The family went out for a 21st birthday celebration. Overall it was great. The only possible improvement might be the service. Not that it was bad perse; it was just average. However, for a milestone special occasion like this one (we mentioned it when she greeted us) the experience would have been even better to have a server who was willing to go the extra mile.

On a positive note, the food was absolutely amazing and exactly as expected. It seemed that everyone enjoyed the celebration.
