FedEx Ground

FedEx is an excellent shipper! They are usually on time. This time was a fluke. I’m still giving them five stars because they usually at least put my packages inside the door on my front porch rather than just leaving them lay on the sidewalk or steps like the United States post office sometimes does to us.

I’m giving 5 stars for Ms. Pam she was so nice and helpful with assisting me so I could receive my package u don’t meet to many nice people these days but it was refreshing!

Was having issues with a package not being delivered. Showed up with low expectations. Had a great surprise with friendly service and my shipment being found within minutes! Don’t give up hope, have patience and lead with kindness and things may work out.

I work 2nd Shift so I'm never home at the time the FedEx Driver arrives! I literally miss some deliveries by minutes! So all my packages requiring a signature get the dreaded "FINAL ATTEMPT" stamp!
Fedex Ground Council Bluffs is great at calling me when a "Final Attempt" has been placed on my packages & getting things straight for me & Melissa did just that! Melissa not only gave me the peace of mind I needed, Melissa also helped me out with important info & kicked down great advice & knowledge on how to better retrieve my packages in future orders!!! I'd like to say Thank You to Melissa, And the ENTIRE Fedex Ground Council Bluffs Iowa TEAM! From the Plant Manager to the Janitor! I'm thankful to have my packages go through Fedex Ground C.B.

Amazing place to work i did see some not so happy Reviews. I do work with some very cool coworkers. And my bosses are awsome. Holidays are a heavy point but its all good sailing after holidays. The delivery drivers are also helpful. As soon as they get their willing to help the package handlers out loading the truck. I dident think id handle the job. I was only working one truck. And now i am able to do the full two truck fill so. All in all i love the job i was given room to move up. And good benefits.this is one of two jobs i work so im happy with it.

I see there are a lot of bad reviews for this location but I had a great experience. I was not home on a friday for a delivery that required a signature. I used the 'hold at location' feature on the Fedex website that same day (where you can have them deliver the package to any Walgreens and you can pick it up later) but this takes 24hrs. Since it was a friday they wouldn't be able to re-deliver until Monday. I thought i was SOL. I called Fedex and they said I could try going to the ground facility and if the truck that had my package happened to get back before 6pm when they closed I could possibly pick it up so that's what I did. Alex was the guy who went above and beyond, he took my cell # and told me he'd call as soon as the driver got in. I drove to a nearby bar for a beer to wait. Half hour later I get the call and Alex had my package waiting for me up front. Now that's customer service!

Love working here They are willing to help in every way for a person to be able to keep their job. Friendly managers and staff. Wish there were more full time positions but picking up extra shifts is always an option.

I was out of town and had missed my package delivery on its final attempt. I called the number and someone answered immediately. The lady was so helpful, gave me directions to the pick up location and had my package waiting. Really positive experience, wish I had got her name!

I enjoy this job so freaking much. There's lots of good people who work hard every morning to get people's packages to their customers.

Despite poor customer service at the 800 number, the staff at this location went above and beyond to grab my package that was mislabeled with an incorrect address. They definitely saved the day! That is how true customer service is done! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been picking up my packages from the from here and I know the staff that works on the front they’re really helpful they always have my package is ready for me and I love their service

Called about my package fell asleep associate informed me it was delivered went upstairs wife had it inside the door. Awesome!!!!

Janet, another office lady, and Adam went out of her way to help me with receiving my package. Couldn’t of asked for more help

Had to pick an important package and the people here were extremely polite and got me taken care of quickly!
