The young lady that took my order asked me if I was rewards member. That is the first time in over a year that anyone has asked. She is an excellent example of customer service.
The young man that made my sandwich did an excellent job. I always ask for no tomatoes/no lettuce and it’s usually on the sandwich. This young man got it perfect and also told me where extra napkins could be found.
Two perfect examples of fantastic customer service.
Both deserve to be recognized for doing excellence in service.

Service was fantastic and it was absolutely freaky fast! They made us excellent sandwiches and the atmosphere was relaxed. The employees clearly enjoy their customers which was refreshing.

I really love Jimmy John's food and options. I always told my wife, if you want it fast go to Jimmy John's. If you not in a hurry go to subway or Good cents. I am a sandwich lover. Employees in council Bluffs are wonderful. They do their best to get the job done.

I have Celiac's disease and stopped here with my husband on our drive from MN to KS. I alerted the staff of my allergy and they were amazing. They changed their gloves, as well as spatulas and even used a clean knife to cut our pickle. After a long day of driving, I can't say thank you enough for being so kind, courteous, and accommodating.

Excellent fast friendly service whether it's pick up or take out. I don't like the service fee for delivery but I do pay it from time to time. Their food is fresh and good all the time.
