McDonald's

Went through the drive-thru on our way to Colorado to enjoy a weekend of skiing. Our food was fresh, made to order, and delivered with a smile. The McDonald's in Russell is a fantastic place to stop as we head from Wichita to Western Kansas. Thanks for always being so consistent!

Quick and fast, honored McDonald's app over other promotions for better deal. Focused on customer service rather than read a "script" like other locations. 10/10 will come back when driving thru again

Mid-morning breakfast stop on trip. Food was hot and fresh, and seating was very comfortable. Busy at time of visit.

I got my food as soon as I was done paying for it. I don't think that's ever happened to me at a McDonalds lol. 👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ordered on the app before going in. everyone who ordered on the kiosks got their food and was gone before our order was ready, even though we placed our order earlier. we went to the restroom and then waited, when everyone else was gone... our food was ready

It is McDonald's. I was a little sad as I thought I applied an offer for free fries but clearly I forgot to add fries. The layout is good as you have plenty of room to park and don't have to wait in drive thru to get out.

Remodeled. Very clean. No wait. Great service.

This evening upon returning home after ordering for our family of five. We found that our four year old daughters Happy Meal, was certainly not Happy as it was missing the ever coveted toy! I placed a phone call to kindly report the missing item and was not only met by an extremely kind young man on the other end of the phone, but also two nice ladies in the drive through who not only made right on the toy, but also included cookies! Thanks to the Russell McDonald’s crew for making things right!

Stopped in for breakfast around 9 got two sausage egg and cheese mc muffins and a frappe . Food was great frappe good as usual . Best part was the nice friendly upbeat cashier who's name tag said Wes. He was a great order taker and plesent to interact with . He definitely demonstrates great customer service .

We stopped here for a quick lunch break on a long drive. The team was friendly, the restrooms were clean, and the food came out relatively quickly. The crispy chicken sandwich I had was far better than the one I had at another location a few days ago. We will stop here again.

Best McDonald’s experience ever. Fresh biscuits, great frappe, and quick/kind service. The layout is very modernized and the quality of food was great!

I recently installed the McDonald's app and promptly put it to Good use! I went for lunch thinking I'd just pop in and get some food. When I got there, the line to the window was so long. I went around, parked in the back lot and pulled up the app. Ordering is so simple, and you can customize your food! I proceeded to the slot marked for app orders, I let them know the stall I was in and (I'm not kidding), within about 15 seconds my food was delivered. So great!!

It was early morning service and and the people were very polite and and fast 😁 they were on top of it. I just wanted say you all are doing great!

Pulled in at 7 o'clock at night they made me some hot coffee. I got a double cheeseburger that was hot and fries that were so hot I had to wait to eat.

This was the best drive thru experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. Order taking was quick and orderly. Food was ready as soon as we got to the second window which was only after paying at the first window. Order was 100% correct. They gave ample dipping sauce, stack of napkins. Chicken nuggets were stacked very nicely inside box. A+ from me

We didn't take them up on it, but when our 5 year old yelled, at 6:57am, that she wanted mcnuggets, they heard through the intercom that they could make it for us but it would take 5 minutes... I've never heard that at a McDonald's before. The food was also hot, fresh, and yummy.

Went inside due to the long line at the drive through. I was served very quickly and back out in no time at all. The food was hot and tasty. The folks working the counter were courteous and professional.

Always consistent taste! Love the fries!
