Quality Inn

Was traveling at night when all this heavy fog rolled in decided to find a place to stay the night and found Quality Inn was around 2am lady at front desk was very nice checked me in talky quickly room was warm cozy ,clean everything worked water pressure for shower was great beds were comfy had breakfast there the usual stuff found at most hotels would definitely stay again if I'm passing through highly recommend. 👍

My husband and I stayed there last night, 8/27/2023. It was perfect...SUPER CLEAN, super nice decor, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer. I even checked in the bathroom corners...CLEAN!!! And the bed was awesome. The carpet almost looked new. The towels were WHITE, no stains, and fluffy. This place is extremely well maintained. The management is super helpful! They pride themselves on their awards and high ratings and it definitely shows. My husband said the work out room was really nice, they had barbells, treadmill, etc. If we ever come back this way, this will be our only choice. It was thoroughly delightful.

Omg, extremely comfortable bed. The counter staff was so pleasant. We have another trip next week and we plan on stopping by again.

We had a breakdown and needed a place to stay. Our tow truck driver gave us the low-down on the few hotels in Russell - we chose this one and the stay was very pleasant. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful. The place was clean. Beds were comfortable (we rented one room with three beds for our kids and ourselves). Overall positive experience and would stay again. You can tell that the operators are putting in effort to make this hotel a nice place.

We had a problem with our vehicle on a cross country road trip that caused a 5 night stopover in Russell, KS. We were traveling with our dog, so there were only a couple of hotel selections in the area. I'm so glad we chose the Quality Inn. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, with the most amazing pillows. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection ranging from biscuits and gravy to waffles. But the real plus is their staff. Everyone here was so wonderful and helpful, even offering to drive us to local stores if we needed something. We stayed originally for 3 nights and had to extend twice, for a total of 5 nights. And everyone was so nice and friendly, and so understanding. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay! Clean, quiet, reasonable price, and very friendly staff. Great location right next to I70 but couldn’t hear the highway at all. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Very happy with our stay - was the perfect spot to rest after a long day of driving.

The omelets were perfectly cooked, the walls came out just right, biscuits were soft and the gravy was good (not the weird inedible gel that you find at some hotels).

It's nothing super fancy but it feels like they take pride in what they offer.

This motel was very nice. The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely stay again!

I stay in many hotels and this one is at the very top of my list. It holds its own with hotels that charge much more per night and the folks who run this location are kind and accommodating.

The first thing I noticed is that it smells clean; no chemical or weird smells in the halls or room. The next pleasant surprise is the room. It is absolutely beautiful and spotless. I usually feel I need to wipe everything down when I first arrive in a room. Not in this room. The paint, carpet, linens, appliances, and furniture are new. There are no holes in the walls or carpet, no mildew in the bathroom, no suspicious stains. The Samsung TV has a sharp picture. The desk chair actually changes height, and there are USB charging ports all over the room.

The location is great with easy access on and off the freeway, plus it is close to gas stations and restaurants.

I'm really pleased with this hotel and I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and had no odor to it. Everything felt like it had been washed recently and we had no complaints.

Their breakfast was just perfect to get us going as we continued our way through Kansas.

I travel to the area often for work. I always stay at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and personable. They go above and beyond to make me feel like I am at home. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of parking. Wifi is very fast, working from the hotel is always painless. Would recommend time after time.

Was pleasantly surprised when I got in the room. The outside was just ok looking, the room itself was great! Clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were AMAZING! The breakfast in the am was also great! I would definitely stay here again when passing through Kansas

Very clean, comfortable. The rooms were furnished with everything you could want for your stay. Even tho we booked with points, we will definitely return and pay their ask. A great value and happy night.

This was a nice place to rest for the evening after a long day of driving, staff was friendly and accommodating. Right off the interstate east find and plenty of parking. Showers were good.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Pillows and bed are comfortable. The parking lot is large enough for vehicles with trailers! They have a great eastern view to capture a beautiful sunrise photo!

We were on an unexpected trip of 1800 miles one way, this was our halfway point. The hotel does appear to be an older building outside but don’t let that fool you! It is totally remodeled, from furniture to fresh paint and new carpet! Staff was very friendly and helpful! We liked it so well that we intentionally stayed there on our way back home! Really pleased with this place, if I’m ever back that way then I will be stopping in again!
