Dunkin'

I love that even though the line for drive-thru was out to the street, my order was correct and the line moved quickly. Breakfast sandwich was definitely better than the one I've tried at Starbucks. Coffee always yummy. My only suggestion would be to put the cream cheese on the side for the bagel. When I opened mine, I had to try to spread the cream cheese on the one side it came off of. As you can see, I still wasn't very successful. Great deals on the app!

Something about this location is just different. The people who run it must take a lot of pride in their work because the donuts are ALWAYS fresh, the coffee is always spot on, and no matter how long the line is, it always moves super fast! Definitely go to the location on 23rd street if you're a Dunkin regular like me.

Good coffee and donuts. Generally cheaper than starbucks with around the same quality, a bit better depending on the day. Menu selections are good and this specific location typically never runs out of any menu items.

When they are busy they always get the line of cars through quickly. Always friendly. I feel bad that they recognize my face. But appreciate their service and product.

Pros---
1.Staff has always been quick and friendly especially the guy the works in the early morning hours.

2.Order is always correct every time I've been.

3.Drinks are on point and ordering through the app makes everything crazy easy and fast with free coffee every other day!

Cons-
Only one con to this place, the inside still isn't open for service and with the college back In session the line even at like 5 Am will be wrapped down 23rd St almost to McDonald's at times. They still get your orders pretty quick but be prepared every day for a wait until school is over.

Been going to DD since the 70s. This location is fast, friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend you stop in. Tell them how you like your iced coffee!

A guilty pleasure for us is enjoying their delicious coffee and a fresh donut. The owners and employees are always friendly, fast and efficient. Their donuts are wonderful, not as addictive as Krispy Kreme, but the perfect accompaniment to their delicious coffee. ;-)

Much better experience here today than at the location off 6th and Michigan. Service was prompt. Coffee was correct the first time! Donuts were fresh. And they were open on Thanksgiving which was convenient for a quick breakfast. I hope the employees get holiday pay, they were courteous and efficient even though I'm sure they would rather be at home. Thanks!

The people who work here are very kind and welcoming, they always wish you a nice day and the manager refers to everyone as "my friend." The service is consistently faster than any other fast-food restaurant I eat at, bar none. Today I ordered a sandwich that was a little different than the way it was the menu, so I know they had to make it fresh, and they still had it ready for me before I even finished paying. It was hot and delicious. Plus, the coffee is always bold and flavorful but not bitter; Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee is the only coffee I drink without sugar. I love all Dunkin' Donuts restaurants but this particular one is my favorite.

I've been going to this location for a Long Time- since I was a little kid to now an adult- so I can safely say they're awesome. The donuts are always good, the coffee is awesome, and the store is always so clean! It's great. Love it. 10/10 recommend

Super friendly, upbeat staff! After taking my order over the intercom, he said, "I'll see you at the window, my friend" and it made me smile. I held onto that impartial, unbiased, nonjudgemental "my friend" through what became a very difficult and trying day.

Stopped here every morning on my way to work. Sometimes I would get worried because it looked packed, only to go in and be out in less than 5 minutes. I used to think Dunkin was average, but this location is illegal any other I've been to. Awesome friendly staff and the donuts are always so fresh and delicious.

My wife and I have been going to the Dunkin' Donuts in Lawrence for years. When we order, the owner recognizes us and always makes us feel welcome. When I'm there without my wife, he says "Where's the boss?" and asks me to tell her hello. If more store owners would get to know their customers the way he does, they would understand what success really means.

I come here frequently for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The manager/franchisee (maybe both) is very friendly and nice. I have only had small mistakes made in my orders a few times here, and I think the coffee is better than at other locations.

Always impressed with the excellent customer service, and the quality of the food. I appreciate how well they're able to make small talk, or honestly how lovely their politeness is when picking up my food. Thank you :)

Love this location. Once in a while might have to remind for vanilla flavor or whipped cream. But overall they make some amazing lattes!!!

I love the coffee, never had any complaints. Only thing I have noticed is the women staff are not that friendly but Manager is awesome and very nice.

The donuts we're very good along with the iced tea I got. It's also in a pretty convenient place to go to. Overall a very good donut shop. :)

Always a great experience going there. The man at the window today was the absolute sweetest and made my day!
